Looks like they are fully stocked, tons of different juices to choose from. From what I've read here everything is made locally in an FDA registered facility. That makes me feel a lot better about the vapor going into my lungs. Lots and lots of choices for batteries and different set ups. If you don't know what you're doing come spend time with the guys here and you will be educated by the time you leave. It's a comfortable inviting place to hang out and you can also learn a lot from the other customers. Will definitely return when I'm in this neck of the woods again.

Anyone who regularly uses these knows a 20,000 puff disposable should last at least a week or two, not three days. I called the shop assuming it would be an easy exchange since the device was clearly defective. The owner's response was simply that he's "not Walmart" and there was nothing he could do. That pretty much tells you everything about how they handle customer issues. If you're going to sell $30 disposables that fail in 72 hours and refuse to stand behind them, people are going to take their business elsewhere. The selection is limited, the product quality clearly isn't reliable, and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Save your money and go somewhere else.

My complaint revolves around a simple mistake made, when packing my various pre-roll order. During my transaction, handled by new employee #whatever (yo dread, talking about you)...I could tell he was new, he struggled with pricing, the order amount, the register, processing the order, etc. but I watched and laughed. When I opened my package that night to enjoy, I noticed that they forgot to pack up an item that I'd purchased. As you would expect, I went back the next day (less than 20 hours from my purchase) and explained. This loser (same as day before) explains there is some kind of 'next day' statute of limitations thing, that had I called the night before, he could have fixed it, but the next day he couldn;t help me....then gets defensive and accuses me of lying about the situation and to get the F out of 'his' store...WOW, WOW! I will never set foot back in this place again, as mentioned on the front end...they need to learn some customer services skills. When a customer is spending $100 a week with you, don't accuse them of trying to cheat you...maybe, just maybe that was a loyal customer pointing out a mistake, and hoping for some understanding to resolve the issue.
