Big Bang has been around for a while, however I have found that many customers are treated poorly and are disrespected by employees when they are out of earshot. I was told this was a recovery based business however some of the employees do drink and smoke while on the job. Occasionally they can be nice, however if you are looking for quality service with respect I would go else where. Many of there cannabinoid products have "lab tests", however they are not real (or provided by a third party company that is payed off) and you are putting your health at risk. Also they have a zero return policy, despite this I have seen them help some customers even after leaving the store while others are told there is nothing they can do to be helped. Their prices are reasonable, However I believe you may be better going elsewhere where to purchase a newer and higher quality product as much of their inventory is older. While they have a wide selection of products, much of their house made nicotine liquid has gone bad yet they still continue to push it on customers. Also while I was there I witnessed an underage couple come in but because they were friends of the employee he still sold to them despite them being underage. Ultimately the choice is yours, but I would try and find a store with higher quality standards of customer care. read more

A really nice male employee helped me right at closing time with my e cig kit Evod 2 I had purchased there previously in Feb. They close at 10 pm and he was very helpful and nice although he could have said we are closing, so I thought he deserves 5 stars/ thumbs up! Also, I couldn't find this location (Alpharetta) on yelp to get correct address & I will definitely want to go there for my e cig purchases in the near future. So hope this helps your business out! Customer service was good and selection was good however, the juice was harsh and i had a hard time finding something desirable. Ending up going with AK47 which was great in the tester but when i got it with 3mg nic it was extremely harsh. Additionally the prices on components were a little on the higher side. Love the location and people but the juice and pricing kill my opinion of this shop. Overall not a bad place but ive just been to better read more

Very disappointed in their customer service. Bought 2 kanger subox mini's one of which had the USB charging port come so loose that it would not charge the battery after 2 weeks. The receipt literally states their warranty policy of 30 days. We brought it back and were told we could buy a battery charger at 25% off (I believe they were $26). We called Kanger US who happens to be in Johns Creek and decided to pursue that route. We decided to give Big Bang another chance to make good on a policy that is clearly stated on the receipt. So we called and spoke to Taylor the manager at this location and were given no assurance they would handle the issue. Instead she gave us a story about how their distributor might not replace it and they would be stuck losing money on replacing it. I explained how we spend a fair amount every week on juice, but still no solution was offered except to drive the 30 minutes from Cumming to have her look at it. Mind you we had already driven there once to "have it looked at", and be told we could purchase a battery charger at a discount and no fix for the box. Kanger said they would replace it and make it worth our while by adding some goodies for our trouble! We quit smoking 2 months ago and having to deal with a local vendor that does not stand behind their own policy has forced us to mail the faulty unit in and not have the device for a week or so. With that said our business is going to Odysseus Vapor. They go above and beyond in service. Please foster your customer base Big Bang. We gave you two chances to keep our business and you failed miserably. Buyer beware here...they do not stand behind what they sell. So sad, I loved feast of the undead. read more
