The device was dead out of the box, and after charging it, the experience was awful. The high was sickening, like a "covid head cold," and completely unenjoyable. When my wife told me she got it from Lion Smoke Shop, I already knew what the outcome would be--horrible customer service and now, apparently, horrible products too. Nobody has money to waste, especially on overpriced foolishness. I contacted the shop, provided my receipt (linked to my phone number), and explained that I've used Mellow Fellow products before without issue. Instead of offering an apology or a solution, the staff refused to exchange the defective vape for a THCA product, despite my reasonable request. He did offer a insulting up-sale of a $60 product THCa product! When I finally spoke to the owner, rather than addressing my issue, he shifted the conversation to a previous complaint I had made. No apology, no accountability--just deflection. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Lion Smoke Shop has proven to be consistently unreliable, from predatory pricing practices to low-quality products. After this experience, it's clear they don't stand by what they sell, and they don't value their customers. If this is how they handle a $30 product, I shudder to think how they handle bigger purchases. Save your money and your frustration--shop elsewhere. **Local representatives should ban the sale of vape pens especially if they make you feel sick and the shops are not standing behind their products. I will be contacting City Hall about this to see if we can't remedy this horrible business. Horrible business practices. All these smoke shops should fall under a special commission that oversee these smoke shops or shut them down.
