When my wife told me she got it from Lion Smoke Shop, I already knew what the outcome would be--horrible customer service and now, apparently, horrible products too. Nobody has money to waste, especially on overpriced foolishness. I contacted the shop, provided my receipt (linked to my phone number), and explained that I've used Mellow Fellow products before without issue. Instead of offering an apology or a solution, the staff refused to exchange the defective vape for a THCA product, despite my reasonable request. He did offer a insulting up-sale of a $60 product THCa product! When I finally spoke to the owner, rather than addressing my issue, he shifted the conversation to a previous complaint I had made. No apology, no accountability--just deflection. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Lion Smoke Shop has proven to be consistently unreliable, from predatory pricing practices to low-quality products. After this experience, it's clear they don't stand by what they sell, and they don't value their customers. If this is how they handle a $30 product, I shudder to think how they handle bigger purchases. Save your money and your frustration--shop elsewhere. **Local representatives should ban the sale of vape pens especially if they make you feel sick and the shops are not standing behind their products. I asked the guy working what the options were for cotton, and he proceeded to show me 3 options, all price at $10-15. Who pays that much for COTTON?! i've never paid more than $7 for really good cotton, and this place was almost double that. I decided to decline on getting the cotton, but wanted to look at their juice selection. It was tiny and depressing. Very few options to choose from, and still way overpriced. A 60ml bottle was $25! That's ABSURD! if im paying $25 for juice, it's a 100ml bottle at least. On top of all of this, the guy showing me the products started at my boobs the ENTIRE TIME, which only pissed me off more. He also sounded bored and annoyed with my presence. My husband and i will NEVER be back. This place is horrible, and we can't wait for it to go out of business. It's places like this that make real vapers look bad.
