I asked the guy working what the options were for cotton, and he proceeded to show me 3 options, all price at $10-15. Who pays that much for COTTON?! i've never paid more than $7 for really good cotton, and this place was almost double that. I decided to decline on getting the cotton, but wanted to look at their juice selection. It was tiny and depressing. Very few options to choose from, and still way overpriced. A 60ml bottle was $25! That's ABSURD! if im paying $25 for juice, it's a 100ml bottle at least. On top of all of this, the guy showing me the products started at my boobs the ENTIRE TIME, which only pissed me off more. He also sounded bored and annoyed with my presence. My husband and i will NEVER be back. This place is horrible, and we can't wait for it to go out of business. With receipt, original box, and all accessories, I went to the shop for a replacement. Upon arriving, I let the gentleman at the counter know what was going on and demonstrated how the unit was not working. He did his check, confirmed my issue, and after 30 minutes of waiting, he had the balls to tell me "...this is a smoke shop. There is no warranty..." Contacted Leaf Buddie and I will be receiving my new unit in the next few days. Warranty replacement... So if you want service for your purchase, don't go to this horrible place... The store is always CLEAN, staff is VERY friendly, and always knowledgeable on new products and merchandise. I really like that... Now, I gave 4 stars but honestly wish I could do 3.5!! I just feel this shop is always tryna to tax the hell outta you due to the owners. This issue I really think Is not the staff, but the owners for sure... On (2) previous visits, I had forgotten coal and hookah tips and came just to grab a few. They only sell items in large bulk! It just seems like they are always tryna push you to get more. A 2nd time I needed to purchase a new tobacco container for the hookah, and the employee had to keep calling the owner just to get an answer. The store that evening was out of tips, containers, and the flavor tobacco I like.....The owner obviously said "No", and I had to purchase another container for $17 and literally buy more than I anticipated because they were out of stock on several items. It was even a Friday night! Aside from those issues the store is ok, but start selling some A la Carte items. If I come in and wanna buy 1 small pack of coconut coals, have those in stock.. Not just a $15 box. If I wanna buy 5 tips, have a container where I can grab 5 tips, and not always force me to buy an entire bag, especially If I don't need that many. One thing I noticed is they do have some pretty trendy items from some of the brands, so I think that's pretty cool and will increase to 4 because it's in a nice area and that may be the reason they tax yo ass unlike some of the other stores in the area. Nonetheless, due to the location, staff, and the unique merch it's worth the visit.
