I was looking for these specific combs I have literally been buying and using since I was a kid in NY back when the box was half the price. Had I known it would be discontinued and reformulated to a worse version, I would have purchased a lifetime supply on my last purchase years ago. The combs come in a box of 25 or 50. Each comb lasts forever. So when I broke my last one, I went into Sally's, as it there brand, to replace. Kisha went over and beyond to help me find these combs. Even spoke to her rep that stocks the store. Called and texted me when she thought a comparable option came in, and updated me periodically while waiting for shipment which was delayed due to supply chain issues. She was nice in person upon first meeting and made me feel welcomed when I walked in. Listen, retail needs more Kisha's. She is not walking around hating life and making paying customers suffer. She is amazing and deserves her flowers. I will always support this location just based on the level of service I received for something so small. I really appreciate it. Thank you

I also grabbed two hand soaps for regular price just because they were favorite scents of mine. Everything went smoothly with browsing and checking out. I would come back to this location.
