My experience at Sugarloaf Mills Mall on December 18, 2023 is one I'll never forget! I'm not always a review writing girl but if I had a phenomenal experience somewhere, I need to let Yelp know about it! My daughter and I were last minute shopping for a dress for her 18th birthday. We were pretty certain we'd find something at Windsor because we always do but on this day nothing was really jumping out at her. An employee by the name of NAYDELI assisted us with a fitting room, found out the occasion we were celebrating and asked if she could pick out some pieces for my daughter to try on. She did not miss!! My daughter looooved one of her picks and it was the one she ended up choosing! Naydeli was like a dress fairy whizzing back and forth! She was absolutely incredible and so attentive you would've thought we were the only ones in the store but she was also in multitasking beast mode! I mean from start to finish, hands down this young lady has the retail biz in a headlock! The best Windsor customer service experience EVER!! If I could give this store a zero, I would. I was told that I could not use the large dressing room even though there were no other customers in any of the other dressing rooms and no one was waiting. My daughter was there to buy a party dress; if I could've gone to any other location, I would've because we had already searched the entire day previously. I was very limited with options. I was shopping with my 14-year-old, my 10-year-old, my seven-year-old, and my three-year-old daughter. The bench in the large dressing room would've allowed me to sit there with my 14-year-old and given me and my other three children a place to sit down after spending many, many hours walking around the mall. I was sure I could not use the dressing room; consequently, I had to stand outside of the dressing room while my other three children received rude stares and negative comments from the staff. I would hate to imagine that this terrible experience was motivated by racial discrimination, but I'm not sure what else to think. This was a terrible experience and I hope I never have to experience anything like this again. read more

Went to try on two dresses, and the young lady said the fitting rooms were closed...and that's fine. It was about 12 minutes before closing...but she let the lady in front of me go. There were still at least 6 people in line. I was ready to purchase the dress because I couldn't determine size online, and i need for a wedding. As a former reatil manager, you never turn a paying customer away...especially when people are still in the store shopping. Were you gonna turn them away too? I had the best experience today at Windsor! Usually when I go to stores to shop, I barely get any help, but I came across two wonderful employees, Tahja and Helina, and they welcomed me and made me feel so comfortable and offered to help me out, and also, I loved how clean the store was, fitting rooms are practicing social distancing, I had a really good time shopping there! I love the clothes at Windsor! I usually go to Northpoint Mall because of the great customer service, but I was around the area & decided to go to the sugarloaf location. I regret walking in! The customer service is horrible! No one offered to help at all I got a fitting room for myself. & they didn't even want to put my stuff on hold for the whole day. read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE IF MARIA IS WORKING. I swear she is one of the rudest salespersons I have ever encountered!! I came in to return a dress I had purchased a couple weeks ago not knowing about the policy that she DID NOT explain nor warn me of that you have 14 days to return. And before I could even finish my sentence, she cut me off and couldn't care less about the money I spent! Not only that but she kept following me and watching me as I was walking around the store browsing their dresses that I wanted to exchange it for. I felt watched and uncomfortable so I left. I will not be shopping at this store ever again because of this encounter I had. She is a short brown haired hispanic with the rudest attitude claiming to be the store manager. Everything is neatly in place, no mess! They have someone on the registers and attending people on the floor and someone attending the FITTING ROOMS ! Which is great not having to go get someone off the register . Everyone was kind and offered me help ! Especially KENYANA who informed me on there return policy and CELES had a amazing attitude and was so kind to me at check out. I left happy and knowing I was welcomed back at any time ! she offered the best costumer service I've ever had at a windsor store honestly, nothing compared to PERIMETER MALL.... read more

I love this store and the clothes that they have. BUT the sales girls are always looking so serious and mad. I hate having to ask for questions because they give off that rude vibe. They should be more nice to customers and talk a bit more. They also just stare at you around like if you're stealing. overall, the store is fine but the employees gotta improve. read more

I went into this store yesterday around 3 o clock and I was not greeted when I came in. So I was like I guess that's OK I'll keep it moving. Then I proceeded to go to the staff which were all congregated and talking instead of actually doing stuff for the store, and I asked them where the body suits were. One of the staff member said they're all over the place and then continue to talk to the other people who are working with her. I was in a good mood so I decided not to go off on her but that was so rude you don't tell customer to go and look for stuff on their own. YOU AS AN EMPLOYEE ARE SUPPOSED TO GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO HELP THE CUSTOMER! they continue to stand there and talk to each other, and while they're on the clock they are now trying on clothes !!! they definitely need to hire better people because this is a horrible representation of the store . I always have great service at the mall of Georgia location , and I am so disturbed at the fact that these employees were acting like that. windsor at sugarloaf mills is awful! I went there recently and the manager is so rude and doesn't need to be working in costumer service. I went and took a shirt off a mannequin because they had no more and that was the only one left in my size. I was patiently waiting in line to try it on, and the girl snatched it out of my hands! She told all the girls not to give her name out, but no worries. I found out her name! Maria from windsor sucks, and needs to be fired. they need a whole new manager. the store was a mess, and the girl was just plain out rude. never will I go back. I will contact the head corporation of Windsor. already got the information from the girls at windsor at the mall of georgia :) read more
