Good selection of shoes, but absolutely horrible customer service! The team members there don't want to help in anyway! The checkout line(s) are extremely long with just one cashier! I guess it's no wonder that she had a just horrible attitude! I won't be back to that location, if I decide to continue to be a DSW customer, I will just purchase online. My daughter loves coming here for shoes. They have a large selection and she can often find some good ones on sale. The prices are good. Everything is self serve and they sometimes don't have the size you need. But still a place to go when you want lots of shoes to choose from. read more

The lines were over 30 people. 2 workers. I felt sorry for them and felt like management was not supporting. They had frowns. Next stop was TJ Maxx . 50 folks in line but had 6 registers open. We flew through. The cashier was so genuine and made the paying process wonderful. read more

This location promises great styles of a wide variety, and they now have mobile payment counters throughout the store to allow for easier and swifter purchases. No shoe horns to be found here though, try somewhere else. We found a pair of shoes for a decent price, if not a bit pricey, but we otherwise continue to shop here and patron this location because they do indeed have the best styles and really friendly staff. A BEAUTIFUL NEW SPACE!! When I last visited this store, it was in a different location and looked very different. This space is obviously new and I love the aesthetics. It has an open ceiling, a beautifully paneled rear wall and other interesting materials displayed throughout the space. I love design, simple and tasteful and if I am in a beautiful space, I tend to linger which means I am apt to buy more. No this store is not like the local stores because it had a different selection, (more and better brands). I really have difficulty finding leather sandals and so I appreciated the options presented. I will definitely be returning to this store with my husband because they do also have really nice shoes for men. They also carry accessories such as shoes and bags. DSW works because they offer great shoes at wonderful prices and their customer service is consistent from store to store. Now, if they could just pony up some more rewards for members, I would be ecstatic!. read more

Free weekended bag, starts 10/11/18. Here I am at store that just opened on 10/1218 and they are already all gone. Now this is supposed to be a birthday month special. So everyone in a 30 mile radius with a birthday in October MUST have converged at this store yesterday for the free weekender bag because they were all gone by the next day. What did you have, like 10???? False advertising to get you in the store. BAD business strategy. read more

DSW as a company may not exist as a business if she continues in their quest to oust the cable companies as the worst customer service company. Bought 2 pairs of shoes online 11/14/18 with order confirmation for a free shipping and store delivery to their Buford GA store within 4-7 business days. Got an email 11/18/18 that one of the shoes ordered was canceled. 4 days to notify me that an order was canceled was an abnormally. 80-90% of my purchases are online. So I have an expectation of how things should work. Got another email that the remaining part of the order had been delivered to the Buford GA store and was ready for pickup. Went to the store to pick on 11/24/18. Waited for about 45-60 minutes while they were searching/ looking for the supposed delivery. The employees couldn't find it and called their corporate number to find out what was going on. No answer or solution to this debacle. I got tired of waiting and left. Sent an email to their "shoelovers" customer service email address expressing my disappointment at the way my order was being handled. Got a response acknowledging my complaint and a promise to investigate and get back. No word till 12/1/18. Called their 800 number 3 times the week of 11/25-11/30 with an average 30 minutes wait time to speak to a human. Did not get the "privilege" of speaking to a "shoe lover". Went back to the store 12/1/18 to see if the shoe had surfaced. Spent another 30 minutes while they looked for it and researched what happened and calls to their 800 from the store employees could not provide an answer. The shoe just evaporated from the surface of the earth. I eventually got tired and canceled the reminder of the order on the spot. My "payment would be refunded in 7 to 10 business days." So they would have had my funds for potentially 30 days for a service they failed to deliver. Way to go DSW!!! You are going the way of Kmart, Radio Shark and others that was and are no more. I've never been to this place before as I normally buy all of my shoes from the mall. I've noticed some shoes in this place that were the same quality and much more inexpensive than the mall itself. Granted you're not going to find any Jordan's or anything like that. I just needed some nice sandals and they had a clearance from hell going on that day so I can't complain. I've never experienced better customer service than tonight at DSW. We needed to buy a pair of sandals to go to Dave n Busters. I like to wear spiked pumps but I'd never survive that place in my heels. So we ran in to DSW to get a pair of sandals and it was 10 minutes before closing. We meant to be in and out but I'm a typical female with a shoe fetish and I couldn't seem to make up my mind. The staff there and especially the manager were extraordinarily helpful and patient. They never made us feel uncomfortable for being there 20 minutes past closing and even honored my birthday that passed a few days ago with a birthday coupon. They were very social and friendly. I live in Atlanta and will most definitely drive to this specific location to shoe shop in the future because of the hospitality we were shown tonight. Thank you very much. The selection is great, but the service is better. I was overcharged for a purchase and the manager was extremely polite in handling it with me over the phone so I would not have to drive back to the store. On top of that, in her note to me she remembered I was a teacher! It made my day. read more
