Ordered from the store since they didn't have what I wanted in stock. They shipped to my home, tried it on. Took back to the store because it was to big. Skinny male clerk refused return because "it was worn" WTH? I tried it on ,didn't fit and had receipt. Told me if I didn't like it I can come back tomorrow when the manager is on duty. Will update after I get with the manager. At this point would not trust doing business with DXL Buford GA. UPDATE; JUST NOT WORTH THE TIME TO DEAL WITH MINDLESS DROIDS. NEVER SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER. Just way more traffic, not worth stressing this time of year. Too bad, she's the only person who knows what customers service is.

My podiatrist recommended that I check out this location for a specific shoe model. When I walked in, I was greeted by an energetic team and assisted by a gentleman named Geo. He asked me a few questions and suggested we scan my feet, followed by backup measurements for cross-reference. Based on the results, he recommended a few different shoes and brought them out for me to try. Wow! I've never felt in a shoe exactly what Geo described, but the difference from my old, basic shoes was undeniable. While this was the most I've ever spent on footwear, I ended up buying two pairs in different colors. If you're like me--sporting some gray hair and looking for ways to keep your feet happy--be sure to stop by and see Geo at the Mall of Georgia New Balance location. You won't regret it!

Got me on the computer to analyze my step, recommended the shoes and the right insoles to keep my ankle from turning in. The lady spent a ton of time just helping me. It was great and the best part? Had these shoes two weeks and NO HIP PAIN! Bizarre! Thanks New Balance!

I came in the other day with a hopeful exchange and was half expecting to be denied, as my 4 year old son had worn a pair of defective shoes for an entire day at the zoo before we found out that some plastic particle was wedged into the lining by the toe and I couldn't remove it. I had the receipt that they were only 2 weeks old, but acknowledged that there were already a few scuffs from little boy adventuring. The young man was as kind as could be and let me exchange the shoes without a problem. Thank you for taking care of your customers!
