With my return the associate gave me my receipt & a $5 "use now or later" coupon... I used it!! Women's clothes are certainly not how they used to be. The big names are gone, and the quality doesn't seem so great anymore. But for casual clothes (women) it's ok. Men's department is WAAAAY better!!!! Shoes are still good, but I didn't find what I need. Found a few stocking stuffers & needed new towels for the bathrooms. WHAT DO MY EYES SEE... YES, a SALE!! Not the very best quality, but really nice towels on sale for $4.99 each. I only needed 4 so for $20 they came home with me!! Nice to see young associates there- plenty of them, all very friendly & working hard!! Refreshing!! The cashier was fantastic! Wish I remembered her name. We had a great chat & she sent me on my way with a smile on my face! Total this visit was $36!! Woot!! Well done Kohl's- you have me back!!

The store is clean, organized, and easy to access with plenty of free parking. The employees were friendly and polite, so no complaints there. My biggest issue was the selection. There wasn't much inventory on the shelves, and when I asked about the HOKA model I wanted, I was basically told to check online. That's a little frustrating since the whole point of visiting a shoe store is to actually try on shoes before buying them. If I was ready to shop online, I could have stayed in my pajamas and saved the drive. Overall, customer service was good and the store looked nice, but the limited selection left me walking out empty-handed. Hopefully they'll expand their inventory because the location definitely has potential.

The brand is a rock solid 5 stars, most of mine have come from the Amazon store but this store which is what I'm rating continually fails to meet even the most basic needs of the consumer, which is to have it in stock. My podiatrist recommended that I check out this location for a specific shoe model. When I walked in, I was greeted by an energetic team and assisted by a gentleman named Geo. He asked me a few questions and suggested we scan my feet, followed by backup measurements for cross-reference. Based on the results, he recommended a few different shoes and brought them out for me to try. Wow! I've never felt in a shoe exactly what Geo described, but the difference from my old, basic shoes was undeniable. While this was the most I've ever spent on footwear, I ended up buying two pairs in different colors. If you're like me--sporting some gray hair and looking for ways to keep your feet happy--be sure to stop by and see Geo at the Mall of Georgia New Balance location. You won't regret it!

This is a great Vans store location…read more I ordered a pair of Vans online, and they did not fit as I expected, because apparently Vans run small. The employees were very helpful in assisting me with exchanging my Vans for the proper size. Until visiting a Vans store in person, I was not a aware of the amount of clothing and accessories they sell. They have all types of skater-ish clothes, and lots of book bags. This is a great Vans store, and is much better than the Scumberland Mall location where the employees won't stop aggressively trying to sell you things.
