I came into Fleet Feet in Lawrenceville looking for shoes for myself and my three daughters, and Kaylee was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to listen to what we needed, answer all of our questions, and help us find the perfect shoes. We never felt rushed or like we were just another customer. What impressed me even more was watching her multitask. While she was helping my family, there was also a sweet older couple in the store who needed assistance, and Kaylee handled everything so professionally and gracefully. She somehow managed to give everyone the attention they deserved while making each customer feel important and taken care of. That really stood out to me! Kaylee is truly a wonderful representative of Fleet Feet. She was friendly, informative, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we found exactly what we needed. I hope her employer sees this review and knows what a valuable employee they have in Kaylee! We will definitely be coming back, and when we do, we'll be asking for Kaylee again! Although the guy at the register was helpful, it's just sad that coming here, you are completely on your own. What was even more strange is that the shoe I did end up getting was cheaper on their website than inside this warehouse outlet of theirs. An awesome employee also took me to a computer that you step on and it basically gives you a report of how you walk. Based on this report you pick from a variety of shoes on the wall. You then go through the process of trying on each shoe and seeing how they feel in the color selections as well. The shoes are a little pricey, but are absolutely worth it in the long run if you value the quality of comfort. I will absolutely be going back for another pair!
