I also tried their demo program for my new racquet, and it was a fantastic experience. You can try as many racquets you want for a month just for $45 dollar (2 racquets per each time), and they take feedback on every racquets you try so that they can learn what you like/dislike and recommend better racquets for you. After trying like 10 different brand/model racquets, I finally went with Wilson Pro Staff v13, and $25 out of $45 demo fee actually goes towards credit when you buy the racquet from them. Overall, super friendly staffs that made my overall experience very satisfied!

Also, they have salespeople who push time shares which can bankrupt you! Instead most financial planners recommend simply renting timeshares from existing owners (via platforms like RedWeek or eBay) or using standard short-term vacation rentals. This gives you all the benefits of a timeshare vacation with zero long-term maintenance fee liability or exit traps. Having said that this location has knowledgeable sales people in different departments who can give you advice and answer questions you have about the great outdoors! When compatted with Rei Academy, or Dick's Bass's loyalty program beats them with discounts but will price match too.

That kind of thing really takes away from the experience, especially at a store that promotes itself as an outdoor and sportsman's destination. On top of that, right in the middle of the store was a Bluegreen Vacations stand with multiple pushy sales reps trying to get shoppers to sign up for their promotions. It felt intrusive and out of place for what should've been a laid-back shopping trip. Most of the items seemed overpriced for what they were--mostly name-brand products you could easily find elsewhere for less. There wasn't anything particularly unique or exciting that stood out about the store itself. Overall, I just didn't understand the hype. It looked nice on the surface, but the actual shopping experience fell short.

My podiatrist recommended that I check out this location for a specific shoe model. When I walked in, I was greeted by an energetic team and assisted by a gentleman named Geo. He asked me a few questions and suggested we scan my feet, followed by backup measurements for cross-reference. Based on the results, he recommended a few different shoes and brought them out for me to try. Wow! I've never felt in a shoe exactly what Geo described, but the difference from my old, basic shoes was undeniable. While this was the most I've ever spent on footwear, I ended up buying two pairs in different colors. If you're like me--sporting some gray hair and looking for ways to keep your feet happy--be sure to stop by and see Geo at the Mall of Georgia New Balance location. You won't regret it!

I came in the other day with a hopeful exchange and was half expecting to be denied, as my 4 year old son had worn a pair of defective shoes for an entire day at the zoo before we found out that some plastic particle was wedged into the lining by the toe and I couldn't remove it. I had the receipt that they were only 2 weeks old, but acknowledged that there were already a few scuffs from little boy adventuring. The young man was as kind as could be and let me exchange the shoes without a problem. Thank you for taking care of your customers!
