As soon as I walk in, I trip over the tiny little step that goes into the front door and actually hurt my toe. The person looked at me like I'm crazy as I ask about that and if there was a sign on the door. They lackadaisically say to me, after giving me a blank stare, that I am the first person ever tripped over that step. Which I find to be absolutely impossible. The blasé attitude was apparent and offputting immediately. I don't want to assume the person was high, especially since I'm not prepared to guess on what. From there I walk over to the side and I turn around and say I'm OK thanks for asking after clearly no concern was shown. The money I was prepared to spend today is nothing compared to dignity and respect. I'm not sure if this is a business model, but I have been to other love shack that were not as shady as this one.
