Soul was at the front desk and Melinda was our certified fitter. Being properly fitted is very important especially when you have large breasts. The cost is $10 per fitting but it's free if you make a purchase on the same day. Be prepared to spend $40 to $80 for each bra. It's pricey l, but you get what you pay for and the bras come a variety of colors. I'll definitely recommend this Boutique for all your lingerie needs. I brought my mom in for a scheduled fitting and was luckily able to get a fitting at the same time. It's been 20+ years since I've seen personalize customer service with clothing purchases. Visited Pretty Please with my wife to find a few new bras. The employees here seem very helpful and stay busy helping several customers at a time. The owner mentions that the store can assist women with finding bra sizes that are impossible to find. She was kind enough to mention that we visited the store too early because "things" can still really change before the baby's born. We will likely return for their services in the near future. We were referred here because other places around ATL haven't been able to help us out. I would advise women to visit this store....the prices seem reasonable and their inventory appears plentiful! Horrible customer service. I got there 1:20 on a Saturday, I get that it was busy, but was there a good 40 minutes without a single sales associate asking if I needed help, saying hi, or even smiling at me. This after I smiled at a woman who I THINK worked there and asked another if I could use the fitting room. They stop doing fittings at 1:15. Another customer who had come in the same time as me asked for one and that's what they told her. No way to know that, but that's ok. Makes sense. I go try on the bras I found without any help and then when I'm in the middle of trying them on, a saleslady whips open the curtain. She apologies and says she didn't know someone was in there. Well, if you had said hello, you would have. I decide to buy one bra. I'd come in expecting to drop a load of cash because I have a hard time finding bras. But the service was so horrible, so put the other four back. But I really, really needed a new bra, so I bought the one. I have no idea if it's a final sale though. Probably is. I get to the register. There are three salesladies up there. One finishes the previous sale and I walk up and smile, but she turns away for a LONG time. The other two are too busy doing whatever to at least say "Be with you in a sec!" Or even a simple "hi." They're sorting tickets, so finally I say "Can I buy this or do I need a ticket?" I finally get a response. I then say that no one even greeted me in the 40 minutes I was in the store and how I was disappointed with the service. Finally one woman (maybe the owner) turned around and complimented my dress. Way too little way too late. The cashier asked me to fill out a card with my name and contact info. I guess to keep on file and record what you buy, and of course, to solicit. I decline because I said I'm never shopping there again. I hate to give a one star rating, especially to a small business, but hey! You get what you earn! read more

I needed something that would hold the girls still when leaned over biking over bumps, and the super knowledgeable lady who helped me found me the best bra I've ever worn--and it was on sale. I came in with low expectations being that I needed a firm foundation for a dress that was to be worn in 2-days...the dress showed every lump, bump, crevice, and roll that's on my body. It was an hour before their closing time, and I really thought that they would turn me around and tell me to come back the next day...To my awe and surprise, I was asked to fill out a profile card and then whisked back for measurements...I was promptly brought the garments needed to smooth out my lumpy figure and a bra that REALLY and TRULY FIT COMFORTABLY! I'm so dumb! For the longest time I didn't know what this store was, and I wasted mucho dinero at the likes of Intimacy and Lane Bryant. Pretty Please has better bras at better prices, and is locally-owned. The gals who work there are always super helpful, and if they don't stock a bra you like they will try to order it for you. They specialize in specialty sizes, from mastectomy bras to the dreaded small band/big cup combo. They are open odd hours and you have to be buzzed in, but if you're a lady of a certain bra-size, you should definitely check them out. read more

Great store for buying bras, especially for larger chested ladies. They carry up through K-cups. Their prices for large bras are comparable to online prices, yet buying in person offers instant gratification! And, since most women wear the wrong bra size, this store has professional bra fitters. My name is Lisa Lemons. I had reconstruction surgery on my breast due to cancer in October of 2017. After several attempts to fix my breast I still wasn't pleased with my outcome. I was very unhappy and feeling so down with the way my bras fitted. One day while in the area I decided to go to Pretty Please. As I entered the door I was greeted by your employee Fairy Wiley. I explained my situation and she was very happy to assist me. She told me that I could possibly get up to six bras and two prosthesis with a prescription from my Doctor. I immediately called my doctor's office and asked them to fax the prescription to your store and they did. I was immediately approved by my insurance. Fairy was so patient and helpful in working with me and making me feel good again. She let me know that I was going to be ok and showed me how to put the bras and prosthesis on and how they should look when wearing them. She also informed me on how to care for them. I love this place!!! The customer service is awesome and they have great bras! I wear an odd size bra but I always catch a good sale so I don't pay over $40 for a bra! It's well worth it and the women are very experienced in bra sizing so whatever size they say you are-they are exactly right!
