So I'll was next in line, walked upto return/exchange counter & I pulled out my phone to pull up my ROSS receipt saved on my Fetch App & the lady at the return counter...oddly told me she could not app looking at my receipt on the app as Ross has a "new" policy and they will only accept returns if you have a live printed receipt. I informed her that I had never had any issues in the past ever as that's where I now keep my receipts instead of a bunch of paper piling up. I was so irritated & this was such a waste of my time & efforts...that this was the start of a bad day gone wrong. Anywho... Today is Tuesday & sad I had to email the receipt to myself, printed the receipt out & made a darn 2nd attempt to return these items and this time...she let me slide and advised that "I'm going to do it as a courtesy THIS TIME but, moving forward keep your receipt." This lady went on & on about this is their new policy, keep your receipt for Ross as this will not be accepted next time. I felt like this lady little kid or something but, she was actually accepting my return I just let her talk. I have a new outlook on this store location with ROSS staff reprimanding me talking about "this is an outlet or discounted store so, X,y,z..... It was Christmas Eve and Greenbriar Mall was not on my list of things to do... However, J needed to…read morereturn some sneakers to JD Sports and this was the closest one. Getting to the mall I knew it was going to be crazy as the parking lot was loaded. For a mall that doesn't have that many stores, it was loaded. As always, somehow, I ended up spending money. lol. Manhattan: This store always gets the best of me. The urban street wear selections are always spot on and they usually have a good sale or buy one get one going on. The store is always clean and the clothes are in order by size. Though the store isn't huge, they make great use of space and the size I need is always easy to find. I went in, hit the jean rack as they had some great selections out with various washes and rip patterns so I couldn't pass them up. Found my size. Got in line and was out the door. The staff is always friendly and help to ensure the shopping experience is smooth. CitiTrend: You can't leave Greenbriar without hitting Cititrends. As it was the day before Christmas, the store was super loaded. The clothes were all over the place in the men's section, however, it wasn't horrible. You could tell people had been shopping all day and the staff was doing their best to keep the store in order. It didn't take me too long before I found a few things I wanted. lol. I walked the entire men's section. Grabbed a few sweatshirts and headed to the register. I love the register area as it always has some extra quick pick goodies. While in line, I grabbed a few hair care items I saw and was on my way. The cashier was efficient and super nice. She greeted me, smiled the entire time, and wished me a Merry Christmas as I departed. Overall, though I didn't want to spend any money at Greenbriar, I got some great deals on some great items as a whole.

Target, Old Navy, Game Stop and Dollar Tree all sit near each other. Want Fried chicken, you can hit up Popeye's or JR Crickets. Currently they are building a RaceTrac gas staion. I'm interested in how they are going to compete with the BJ's gas that directly up the street. It probably won't be too bad since you won't have to have a membership and you can purchase a slushie there. Publix, Walgreens and a Super Warehouse liquor store all sit near each other. There's a Zaxby's and Movie Theather in that same area. DSW, LA Fitness and Bank of America share a parking lot with Jason's Deli. As you can see, this shopping center has it all. If you need to get the party started. Hop by the Party City store also. Traffic and get thick at certain times of the day. Especially in the after 5pm hour.

I have to say, I was pretty impressed. It's a large store, very organized, and they have a little bit of everything in there. I can definitely see how someone could end up spending a whole lot of money, though, because those $5 items add up quickly! Also, some items are more than $5. Some of the items appeared to be a bit cheap, but others were surprisingly decent quality. I noticed they had quite a few books, coloring books, pencils, and games. They even had a cute candy section set up with old-school candies like Boston Baked Beans and Lemonheads. The service was also friendly. Since I was there early in the morning, it wasn't crowded. The cashier greeted me warmly, and when I told her it was my first time visiting, she welcomed me and said, "We hope to see you again!" It was a quick and easy process, and I can completely see why I always hear good things about 5 Below. I ended up walking out with some playing cards, Uno, and their version of Jenga, which looked pretty interesting. It seems like a fun place to take kids, especially if they have a little allowance money. Overall, I was very impressed with how organized everything was and I definitely plan on coming back again!

Though it's just a small corner plaza, there a good variety of businesses here- a few restaurants, a Family Dollar, orthopedics clinic, a dry cleaners and 1-2 other places. There is plenty of parking and it's low stress getting in and out. The only reason I'd give it a lower rating is its odd placement- there's a cemetery literally right next to the plaza.
