Im on travel and had to pop into the store for some travel items I was missing. This place is pretty cool. It has a huge shelving area for travel size toiletries. They also have a large makeup area. They even carry my favorite brand, Pixie. There are tons of clothing, food, and grocery store options available. They even have a CVS pharmacy for any of your pharmaceutical needs. The store was very clean, and customer service agents were very helpful when I asked for assistance in finding a few products. Checkout lines were a little long, as there were only three lines open for the large crowd that needed to check out. All-in-all, this was a nice store that had plenty of the items I needed in-stock read more

Clean and well-maintained store. There was a customer at a checkout line that was loud, disorderly and argumentative with several other customers and employees (seemingly for no reason). None of the employees engaged with her, asked her to leave or even tried to calm her down. Another customer had to finally step in and do that. That could've turned a bad situation even worse. Which thankfully it didn't, but maybe more employee training or security should be involved. read more

Been here twice in two days & nothing short of great customer service. So great, that Tay in Guest Relations was going to help me load patio chairs into my Son's car. Yet, he had to take his lunch so Ariana, who actually assisted me on my first visit, helped me out, bungee cords & all. It took about ten minutes, yet thanks to Ariana the chairs were safely secured. I was surprised to see the available inventory throughout this tidy & organized store. All employees were masked & gloved up, which is a good thing amongst the C-19 Pandemic. Down to the employee outside navigating customers who are in line & the other employee sanitizing the carts. To that end, said team of employees were friendly & not scared to be engaging with the customers...six feet away of course. Definitely will shop here each time I come back to visit. read more

This location looks like it was basically forgotten when it comes to an update, remodel, reset. It is a tiny location and they really didn't have much of anything I wanted that day. I specifically came here for sale items I saw online or on the Cartwheel but they didn't have stock. I did however find some good clearance. This location doesn't really have much of a food section. That's not a plus. This location needs to think about expansion or relocation. read more

Bathrooms are shameful. Used them on 2 separate occasions and both times all but 1 or 2 stalls had waste in them, trash cans over flowing, and in general just nasty and unsanitary. read more

This is an old target, honey. Old, not a super target, and doesn't have a Starbucks. And if you want all the new stuff, decor, and dollar spot things, you better have someone on the inside because this is the only target for miles. The only target for miles in one of the most mainstreamed suburbs in Atlanta. All the good stuff is gone before 12 noon the same day. Not saying she is a complete dud, but if you are from out of town and are looking for your Target experience to be more Tarjay and to get your Teavana-Starbees fix, you certainly won't find it here, my dear. She gets the job done I'm sure, since she's in smack dab in the middle of a town gold mine of home decor, craft supplies, starbees, five dollars and under, grocery, and electronics stores. Completely surrounded. Walking distance to each store. So if you REALLY can't find what you are looking for in Target then look around. If you've looked around and can't find it, it may be in there if you get there in the morning before the soccer moms finish dropping the kids off at school. read more

My experiences have been pretty good at this Target location. I have shopped here at least a dozen times and they have had everything I needed in stock. This ranges from food items, hair clippers, a bookshelf for my bedroom, toiletries, wine bottle stoppers / no spill pourers, boxer briefs and undershirts, batteries, plastic containers for my school supplies...basically everything! (lol) Hmmm...now that I think about it, I do have some constructive criticism to share! When I was shopping for plastic storage bins, they had one brand of bins in stock (5 of them), but there were no matching lids available on any of the shelves! I was a bit disappointed, but they had another brand of comparable size and price available, so I just picked up a few of them and kept it moving. (Check your inventory!! :-) read more

This Target doesn't have a Target feel to me. The layout differs from many others (and makes zero sense) which makes it more difficult on newer shoppers. I like uniformity. Last year I came here on Black Friday to get a movie my son loves. Walmart and other stores have their displays in a place that makes no sense or is large enough to catch your eye. This Target? Not so much. I found the movie on a quite small display standing by its lonesome next to the shampoo. I try to make sense of this store I just cant. On the bright side their customer service employees are quick and friendly. Prices are higher than walmart obviously but the environment is nicer and quality is apparent. read more

Yesterday I bought a GoPro 7 online for in store pickup. Upon picking it up this afternoon I tried to upgrade for a more expensive one. No, can't be done, said the store manager. You see, even in this COVID-19 world, the brilliant folks at Target, Inc require a 24 hour time period from purchasing or picking up, whichever is later, and returning, even if it's an item swap or upgrade. Even if you haven't even left the store yet. Corporate apparently doesn't allow a store manager to apply common sense to any situation. A rule is a rule, even if it's a stupid rule and even if it places a senior citizen in harms way of the COVID-19 virus. read more

Poorly managed staff. Manager doesn't care. The cashier sold me a refill subscription for my quip toothbrush, but it was actually a warranty. Even though I questioned it, she told me it was a subscription for refills. Ultimately, she wasted my time and money because I had to return to the store to refund it. The manager said she was poorly trained, but she didn't bother to find out who it was. Poor customer service and experience. I refunded my entire purchase. read more

I have not seen customer service this great in years, and it is very hard to impress me! My family just moved to the area and to be honest, I tried to avoid going to Target because of past experiences in other stores, but when I say that the employees went above and beyond, I mean it. There was no one in the seasonal department so the lady from electronics offered to help me find the half off item I was looking for. It was the last day for the sale. She couldn't find it so, she found someone who could help. Turns out the item I was looking for was not in the store so one of the managers told me to come back the following day and wrote on the back of his business card that I was to still get the 50%. I returned to the store and even though it took a while to find my item, they came through and they honored the 50% off. I only remember Mr.JP's name, but to that entire crew, thank you so much for being so helpful and polite. From a Staffing Coordinator/HR perspective, you guys rocked that customer service! read more

Last Saturday, I found an ottoman pouf at the Douglasville store that I loved, there was only one,but wanted something a bit less expensive. We visited At Home, their ottoman poufs were ugly, cheap looking, but more expensive! I ordered one online, but they only had one, so we went back to Douglasville to buy that one. It was gone The helpful young men working in patio, last Saturday 4/14, helped me figure out that the one I ordered online was the one in their store & it was ready for pick up. He also found two in the Hiram store. The helpful young lady at the service desk in Hiram held an ottoman until we got there to purchase it! The employees at both stores went out of their way to be of assistance! I wish I remembered their names. We did a lot of shopping last Saturday, & customer service was not that way in every store that we visited! read more

Compared to Hiram, this Target is no good. They do not stock things, especially electronics and toys, on the day of their release. They'll have them sitting in the back and just refuse to get the stuff out on time - a manager told me once that the $50 I would spend on Skylanders isn't worth the time and effort it would take him to dig them out of the back, so just check back another day! I've been in Hiram looking for items and they've looked up stock and called Douglasville for me, saying "confirm that you have the item in your hand, behind the desk with you, before I send the customer down there" because everyone knows how bad they are with customer service there. And if an item is 50% off on Cartwheel, they usually pull it from the shelves. Seriously, they could have a lot of that item on Monday, it goes 50% off on Cartwheel on Tuesday, and by the time they open that morning, the item they had tons of is suddenly sold out and unavailable (despite the fact that the online search says the item is in stock), then they have tons of items again the day after the Cartwheel special expires. I've also tried to do registries there and nothing works! The tablets don't work right, and if you get a scanner gun it will refuse to process anything you scan. It's a huge waste of time. If you do Shopkicks, this location rarely works for walk in kicks. Because that won't work, most of the scanable items also refuse to work, claiming that you aren't in a Target because you didn't get walk-in points. read more

By far one of my favorite Target stores. The staff is courteous, friendly, and knowledgable. This location has more of a selection than most other stores in this area. The setup of the store is a little confusing and since it's nit a Super Target, the single entrance makes you feel cramped inside the store. However, great deals and great service keeps me coming back. read more

i ADORE target. It is an amazing store with a wonderful history. I especially love the end caps with all the clearance items. It is always full of great deals. The only problem I have with this particular store are the cashiers. I will never understand why people find it appropriate to curse and gossip with each other while ignoring a customer right in front of you. One of the cashiers was actually boasting with another employee about how she was also an actress in pornography films. This was all in front of my 7 year old son and all while she was ringing up our purchases. The boys in electronics are always helpful and polite. I will keep shopping at target but definitely avoid a few of the employees who seem to really not care about their job or the way they represent the company. read more

My family and I have been going to this Target for years. Yet. I have to say I'm disappointed that once again I had to get a refund because once again I was overcharged for an item. I stopped going for awhile and returned because my daughter love Targets everywhere. And once again when you have faithful, loyal customers you shouldn't be so uptight that you make them feel uncomfortable. If you want to stare and line up every time certain customers are leaving just don't make it so obvious. Will shop there again but not as much. read more
