A few days after the furniture was delivered, I noticed that my back door was dented. I took a picture and sent to the salesman, Basim. When I saw the door, I recalled that I had seen them try to bring a chair in the door and got stuck. They asked to remove the door to get the chair in. Basim said that he talked to the workers who said they did not take the door off and that it was not possible that they dented the door because the chair has soft edges. The door opening with the door on its hinges is 26". The chair with a metal twirling mechanism on the bottom measured 27" which was the width of the opening without the door. There was no offer to resolve this situation. I will no longer shop here. Unfortunate because the prices are good

This company is an Ashley Furniture distributor but their prices are much better. We downsized from an 8-top to a 6-top dining room set and it fits our space very nicely. Our dilemma was what color wood to select. Rod showed us the wood color on a large computer screen and even showed us on a high-definition computer which solidified the deal. We selected the lighter brown color wood set and it matches more than I could have imagined. If you decide to shop and purchase from this retailer, ask for Rod. Thank you!

I don't know the "Who, What, Why's" on all the negative, subpar reviews, but my experience (Prior to the Delivery portion at least) was STELLAR - Larry was AWESOME!! I'd grown a bit tired of the bareness of my home office some months back, did ample research on some RTG items and then fell back in to my routine and put my decorating ideas on the back burner. After very recently finding my spark again, I earmarked a few items online and then went to see them in person. When I entered the location, I took a quick look outta' my peripheral to see how quickly (If at all) a sales rep was gonna approach me. Larry spotted me and I spotted him and he welcomed me in and offered his immediate assistance. I had a few SKU numbers jotted down for reference and Larry was gracious enough to check the availability of the items out for me. 1 of my 4 items had been discontinued, though it didn't show that way online, which was perfectly fine because I had 4 options, but ultimately only really wanted to get 2 pieces. All of the other items on my list were available, but I was disappointed to hear, that none of them were eligible for RTG assembly (I don't mind paying someone to put furniture together, as I've put EVERYTHING else in my house together by myself). No harm, no foul though... Since I'd made that trip across town, I asked Larry to hold the items for me and let me do some browsing, just in case, while I was there. Larry left me to my own devices, he went 1 way, I went another, I found 2 surprises along the way, I signed what I needed to sign and my items that I didn't walk out with, should be to me shortly - SUCCESS!! =) DELIVERY ADDENDUM: RTG had a 4-Star Rating when I left the store, but now that "Delivery" can be added to the rating, you see where we've ultimately landed...NO email, no text, no call; NO heads up AT ALL!! I was sitting at the office and my security camera went off, so I checked my cameras, to see my table sittin' at my front door, leaned against the house - THANKS RTG Delivery!!! No warning whatsoever, so thankfully I live in a good neighborhood and my table was still there when I got home 5 hours later!! I guess the additional silver lining is, that I received my order in about a week and a half's time!?

They have a lot with free parking near Crossroads Church not to far from the Taco Bell on Highway 5. The store was clean and organized with friendly staff and the selection included sizes Small to 2x-3x for women and clothes for baby, toddler and kids. They also sell men's clothes but I did not check this area out. I liked that each clothing item type had a set price. Clothes seemed to be priced affordably with nothing exceeding $10 except for formal wear before any discounts or special sales. I noticed children's books were sold for 75 cents. They also had a half off promotion on all swimwear. I was able to find a few summer pieces for myself, a youth dress & some swimwear new with tags for under $20. They also have a dressing room which is often rare when it comes to thrift stores. I noticed that they had some decor and furniture pieces for sale also. Overall, the prices were fair and the selection was good. I could tell that they do this with the community in mind, and I appreciate that in a time where everything is inflated including consignment shops. I would come back to donate our clothes and shop & recommend it to others who are into thrifting.

As she was checking me out I mentioned that I didn't get anything for myself. She said well you have to get the dress then. She made my day and the dress fit perfectly. I will definitely be back and I'll bring friends. She also told me that clothes are 50 percent off the last Wednesday of the month.
