I was looking for a particular shoe I was browsing for about 10 minutes, and I still wasn't offered help -- those same guys still laughing and talking. A lady (white) walks in -- she got a greeting from the guy on left. Now, I'm still observing these guys. So, I stopped to take a picture, the guy on the right noticed and he whispered to the guy on left. The guy ,on left, said out loud "really?" laughs and walks away. Then, the guy on right approaches me and asked if I'm finding everything ok. Im not sure if they didn't notice their actions, maybe they did. Customer service is important to me, you don't have to like how I look or even if you assume I'm not going to buy anything-- just treat everyone fair.

They even allow you to make returns from Amazon which is a huge plus. The only downside is that they only have one area in the whole store to cash out. The plus side is that that area to cash out is right by a door so if you have a return you don't have to walk to the whole store. Another issue is that the amount of goods is limited. I know people are not going to the store as much anymore so that may be the issue. But Cole is one of my favorite stores to shop for quality items at a reasonable price. I don't want to forget to mention the Kohls Cash and coupons that are often available.

That was even better. I love a discount or a sale. The people were definitely in there buying up everything in site. The store was neat and orderly despite the crowd of people in the store. The owner sent me a screenshot of their " no refund policy" and attempted to strong-arm me into accepting a credit I did not wish to. We exchanged three emails in which the owner refused to give me a return authorization number and kept repeating " no refunds, no exceptions" like a parrot. I called and spoke with an employee who gave me a return authorization number, and I sent the fedora back. I expressed to the owner in my email that a "no refund policy" should be plastered on every page so a consumer can see it. Had I known of Napoly's underhanded business practices, I would have never purchased the fedora because any company that employs a " no refund policy" is not reputable and does not stand behind the products they sell. Reputable companies understand that customer satisfaction is paramount, and there are many reasons why a customer would want to return items purchased online. Common reasons that warrant a customer returning Items purchased online are that they don't fit, do not resemble the online picture, poor quality, the customer does not like the item, etc. Therefore, all reputable companies will grant a refund if the returned item is in brand-new condition with all tags attached. Unfortunately, Napoly is a business focused solely on scamming customers and does not value customer satisfaction, so they have a " no refund policy." Despite returning the hat in brand new condition with the tags, they still did not issue me a refund. However, they kept the hat ( something a scam company would do), so I disputed the transaction with my bank and got my money back. I will never purchase from Napoly again, and I discourage consumers from buying from them too. Any company that does not issue refunds is a scam because reputable companies and owners don't operate like that. One star is too much. If I could, I would give them negative five stars. It's only a matter of time before they go belly up because companies and owners who don't understand that " repeat customers" are how to stay in business always go belly up.

After I found several things that I wanted to try on, I went to the fitting room where you have to press a button and wait for an employee to come. Eastern woman announce I could only bring three items in. At first I was fine with that because I only had three items to try on. But then I had more and so I'd have to get dressed go put the clothes out that I just tried it on and then grab the other ones and it was a big headache. Finally an employee came and just let me bring all 6. they seem to have a lot of employees but very little customer service or help. The most disappointing part of my academy trip was that they no longer offer a military discount. They were always a very "support the troops" organization and this threw me off guard. The best part of my trip to this location was that I found what I came in to look for. I was thrilled to find the swimsuit section was half price so I bought more than I would've. I really like their O'Rageous swimwear line. I found some great deals!

I'll definitely swing by here not around the holidays and update regarding their selection. Store was nice, clean, what you would expect. Everyone was friendly.

There was just nothing really exciting to purchase except a really nice mini strainer that I have been wanting to purchase for a while. It was perfect but not very exciting. It is always a bad sign when you walk into a clothing store and find yourself wandering around the kitchen and household areas just looking at random items. Their stock is just terribly diminished. I understand that everyone is transitioning to spring at this point but, it should be a smooth transition with stock being delivered weekly. They had several very large tables that I initially thought were for sale, (because they were empty), but soon realized that they were actually large, empty display tables that were on wheels. Uggh! Oh well, It's a nice time to impose some self-discipline. In a few weeks, I am sure they will be well stocked for spring. **If you are in need of kitchen or bedroom items, you will be fine.
