After a second time visiting this store, not one person asked if we needed any help. I didn't want…read moreto go back after being ignored the first time, but their aren't a lot of furniture stores around. We walked the entire store three times. I purposely walked up in front by where the staff was, and yet no one bothered to ask if we needed assistance. On my way out we did get some acknowledgment, "bye, thanks for stopping in ". I informed her that we found some pieces and were ready to buy, if someone would have assisted us. She half heartedly apologized and seriously stated" we have several people up her that would have helped you". Seriously??? Apparently people must go here for sentimental reasons. We have visited probably five stores this week and at everyone we were greeted at the door and asked if we needed help with anything. Needless to say, their won't be a third time. If possible I would have given Moore's a zero star rating.
