This is the best Anthro in Atlanta hands down. They have the widest variety of clothing and a decent home section. The staff is actually really helpful, and interested in helping and providing customer service (they seem to have really goo product knowledge at this location as well) - it's almost like hanging out with a friend every time I'm there (this is coming form someone who has worked at 3 URBN brands including 2 different Anthro's over the years) The sale section usually has some goodie to grab. I've also gotten a lot of great gifts and gift ideas from the staff, things I hadden't thought of or seen online yet, or combinations of thing. They also will occasionally suggest thins on sale which I appreciate because I think most of us are on a tighter budget these days. Plus it makes you feel like they are thinking of what you are in need of and looking for, and not just sales. My cons are the parking - it is paid. Yes they are checking now. I saw someone get ticked when I was there last week. BUT they do comp up to two hours. you have to ask and it is only for the Park Mobil app - if you use the kiosk they can't do it. (though I cant remember the last time it was on which is why I didn't know you had to pay to park there until recently) I also don;t love that you have to walk through BHLDN (or Anthro Weddings now...?) to get to the fitting room. It's a little awkward and can feel a little disrespectful if there is a bride in the process of trying on. It makes for a an uncomfortable situation and I feel a social pressure to be very quiet when trying on which I don't love. BUT, in terms of Atl Anthropologie's, this is the best in terms of stock and variety and that's what I'm after- to try things on in store before buying online. read more

Love their drinkware and plate sets. Always good quality with creative designs. The store was well organized. The manager offered assistance on the item I purchased. The other employees interacted with were also friendly. There's a small parking lot in front of the store. Happy with my mug I got, it's good quality. read more

I just love Anthro. Every time I visit, I don't come away with something - but there is always something I admire and toy with buying....but the best is that when I DO buy, I BUY! Last week, I needed a little retail therapy and I'd been given the green light to use one particular card (we're budgeting for a wedding so you know, I don't get to go wild all the time ;) ) .... and it was just One of Those Visits where I hit the jackpot. AND - everything was on sale. An amazing find of Steve Madden boots- when is the one size left a 9.5??- in the back room of glory, so another 40% off already discounted price, so I believe they were about $50 for a desperately needed pair of tall black boots, classic style. Score. So regular priced clothes were all 20% off and already discounted where another 40% off. Happily picked out another Pilcro and letterpress pair of jeans ( I got the greenish grey skinny ankle cut awhile back and LOVE them) in a reddish-pink color, two pretty blouses (one a white tank under a circle-sequined tee- see pick; one black with a neck tie and floral print) and softest striped tee with a subtle boat neck by pure + good, and the coolest shaggy cream "fur jacket" by Knitted & Knotted....all that came in around $350 and it's about 10 outfits all mixed up! Can't wait til my next big hit - and even better, for the BHLDN appointment I will be making soon as my search for bridal pretties gets in full swing! read more

I walked in and looked through clothes all over the store, even the dreadful clearance room..and it was awful. A bunch of the clothes are just low quality, yet extremely expensive. On top of it, not even a single associate said a word to me the entire 15 mins I was there. Terrible customer service on top of terrible inventory? Cursed combo. read more

I do my best to shop locally, but there's just something about Anthropologie that pulls me in every single time. I can't help but love their oft-overpriced wares and I often find their stuff earns top-spot in my packed closet. I still have (and often wear) a skirt that I purchased from the Lenox location ten years ago. Yes, ten. I think I've gotten my money's worth out of that one. So like most women of Atlanta I was thrilled to hear of a location opening intown. The Lenox location was the only reason I ever felt the need to go to the mall, and even then it was usually just to return something I had purchased online. Having a location on my regular route is certainly going to be dangerous to my checkbook, I have no doubt. Being opening week, the store is beautifully maintained and there are tons of salespeople on the floor. It's a huge open space but I found the sale room (the best part) to be a little small, with many things hanging so high they were near impossible to reach. The dressing room area is huge and I loved how there was a hanging pole built in to each one like a closet instead of having to figure out how to fit a ton of hangers on a tiny hook. While I appreciated the number of staff available, I wasn't impressed by their service. For example, there was an issue with one of their cash registers while ringing me up, which was no problem but we had to switch computers after all of my purchases had been all wrapped up. Once the manager got the salesgirl set up on the new computer, she just stood around and watched instead of helping unwrap and re-scan each item. The salesgirl was super apologetic while the manager said nothing to me, despite the process taking about 10x longer than it should have. It just kind of left me with an icky feeling, especially since I was making a large purchase at a brand new store, and it was a manager who you would assume would have needed customer service/retail experience in order to get the job. Regardless of the occasional hiccups, I'll be back. I just can't deny my love. read more

This was a tough review to write. I love Anthroplogie and have shopped the Lenox store for years. I was so excited when this location opened. No mall and near my house! The store is fabo; decor, layout. Not cluttered. Nice and neat. So why the two stars? The service is the worst!! I shopped the store a couple times before writing this to see if my first visit was a fluke. Nope, just as horrible the second time. I found the staff to be condescending and confrontational. The way they talk to customers is awful. In addition they are not very knowledgeable. I was in fitting room and asked for another size. You'd thought I asked her to make it for me. I wait and wait. She comes back to tell me she can't find it. Hmmm I went on the floor and got it myself. Another time I asked for an item I saw in a FL store. They said and pointed that I should "go over there" and look. Hmmm I had looked and couldn't find it. Who needs this?! I guess I'll continue to shop Lenox until this store gets it together. read more

I have struggled with the review, Struggled! See I love Anthropologie.I know there is nothing too unique about my love but it's there. When I got the email telling me this location was opening my body buzzed with excitement. I WAS THRILLED And here is where the struggle comes in. The store is beautiful, and laid out in a way that feel less cluttered then other Anthros. The clothing is beautiful, they have a few accessories from local designers (nice touch!) and the decorative items sweet without making me want to gag. Par for Anthro but.... *I can not tolerate wonky mirrors, and the fitting room has them. I see my body everyday, I know what it looks like it it's not what's being reflected back at me. Thought I was tired and my eyes playing tricks on me until I heard other women say the same thing *Something strange is going on at the registers. I have shopped at Anthropologies in multiple states, and online and I have never been charged and had a hold for the same amount placed on my bank account. Anthro is not cheap so to be doubly charged and then wait 48 hours for the "hold" to drop off left a bad feeling. *They close at 7 during the week. I know that is a common closing time for boutiques, and while having a boutique-y feel Anthro is not a boutique, it is a chain. With all the restaurants across the street still open, I feel that's closing time is something it may want to reconsider. So all this to say that despite it's beauty I was disappointed. I'll try it again, but I'm sure most of my Anthropologie purchases will continue to be made online. read more

The experience at this store fell quite short for me, mostly due to all the follow up work I've had to do to get the right wedding dress (which I have yet to receive). I purchased a dress (at this point several dresses) for my wedding from the BHLDN store. I set up an appointment with one of the sales associates and she was absolutely the sweetest. Helped me try on dresses but didn't share much of her opinion unlike the BHLDN store associate in Chicago where they're just working at a whole other level of service, even for a casual shopping experience. And their store doesn't feel like you're trying on your gown in a regular fitting room. I had to share the same mirror with the other 6 brides trying on dresses. We were waiting in line just to see our dress in decent light because the fitting rooms are poorly lit. I was given dresses to try on in sizes 5-6x my regular size so they had to be clipped back. I found my dress and then was told I'd have to order a size 8 according to their measurement chart. I'm consistently a size 2, some days tighter than others so I expected her to say a 4 or a 6. I went back and forth with her about it and questioned the sizing but in the end figured she may know the sizing better than me and in most cases it's not unusual to get a dress larger than you normally wear in wedding gowns. However, in the Chicago store when I went for my first appointment I tried on 2s and was told to get a 4 in the dress I liked and get it fitted to me. That inconsistency was a little strange to me and that's where I shouldn't have listened to their chart suggestions. Dressed was ordered, I was really pumped and received in in like 2-3 days after my appointment. Tried on the size 8 and I was swimming in it. The dresses has a partially open back but it revealed all of my back in this size. No problem, I was all set to get it exchanged for a smaller size. I called the store and asked them to get my measurements so I can calculate something more accurately for the exchange. They guaranteed me that this was the size I should be according to their chart and didn't know how it could be wrong. I wrote a smaller size on the exchange form anyway, packed the dress and shipped it back out. The dress size I needed was on back order for a month, I waited a month and a week, checked in when I had received nothing to find out they only returned my dress and it was not exchanged. I ordered my original dress from the store in March, it's now June and I've had to order this dress for the third time now because of back orders and having to exchange the incorrect dress size I continue being sent. And forget them reading that you're "exchanging" your dress in the form. It just gets returned and you never hear back again. You will have to call them and explain your story thirty times, confirm your identity in every way possible and order the dress once again. If I didn't love the dress I'm hoping to get this time around, I would've given up a long time ago on Anthropologie. read more

I could think of nothing better to do yesterday than use my Anthro 15% off Birthday coupon and gift card my sister gave me. My mother drove down from the boondocks to meet me after work, and the party was on. The new freestanding location, with its whimsical facade of wood and sea foam green, is much more spread out than other locations and intersperses home wares with clothing, tantalizing shoppers with wooden bird stands, glass cotton ball holders and distressed mirrors when all you're looking for is a reasonably priced skirt. The sale room is mediocre compared to other locations. Cramped into a little room, I found trouble navigating the discounted tops and bottoms amongst other budget-conscious ladies. I can't imagine perusing that area on a highly trafficked weekend. The Lenox sale area soars above the others, as it's relegated to the back of the store in a wide, walkable space. Not much caught my eye this time, perhaps because I actually had some cash to spend. But both the clothing and decorative items seem to have taken on an African theme, giraffe sculptures peering behind an elephantine blouse, skirts screened with images of foxes behind lush shrubbery. Luckily I found a ric rac-accented pencil skirt hidden and folded on a low-lying shelf. Other than that, I didn't leave feeling depressed, since sheer moo moos and jungle prints don't do it for me. read more

I have to start off by saying that I am an Anthropologie fanatic. When this store first opened I LOVED it. I was so excited because it's huge and was much easier to shop than the other locations. It's been open and a while now and has really gone downhill. The racks are packed like everything is a sale rack. Most every display has clothes lying on the floor because everything is so jammed and people cannot rifle through to see different styles let alone find their size. Most recently I went to make a return. Should not have had a problem, dress still had the tag, never worn, and made purchase with Anthro card. I got so much attitude from the woman at the register I was really shocked. None of their sales people work on commission so I'm really not clear what her issue was. The quality of the clothes and the store have really gone downhill... overall I've become a much less frequent shopper. read more

After leaving the nearby Goat Farm, I dragged bf to Anthro with me. It was my first time going to this location, as I have only checked out Perimeter's and Lenox's Anthropologie. As soon as I got to the door, I noticed that one of them was propped open, which made it feel welcoming. The weather must have lured them to do this, as it was in the mid-70s today. The open space draws in clients and makes them want to walk around and check out everything. So while I love clothes, I made a beeline for the little sales room because I also love to be financially prudent. It seemed that many had rummaged through the racks before my arrival, as items in my size were rare. After picking through the jeans and flowy spring tops, I made my way around the entire store. I noticed that the store was divided with little nooks here and there to pop into and take a peek around. The housewares were beautiful, as were many of this season's fashionable items. I did not end up picking anything up, but I liked that the salesgirls were friendly without being pushy. If bf is okay with going back, I would love to stop by again. read more

So I live less than a mile from this store and was uber curious about what was being built and because of the area assumed it was a restaurant or new interior design store. I'll just say when the beautiful building put up the anthropologie sign I momentarily thought I may have some how built it with my mind. I went by the day after it opened and the store is gorgeous. It's open, very well organized(unlike the mall stores) and has every gorgeous element of your standard anthropologie. The staff was kind without being pushy, the store was much more mellow than the mall stores and honestly with this being so close to Atlantic Station, if you have a multiple store shopping trip, I'd still take the time out to visit this store just for the joyful experience of it all. I was a bit surprised by the back of interior design features, especially because of the location, There were definitely more clothes and a lack of variety in bedding, curtains, ect compared to the other stores, however I'm hoping that'll change once they have an idea of how many shopper's and what type they'll have. Overall beautiful store and less than a mile from where I live. I'm quite content read more

Anthropologie has the fashion that I would love to wear if I were a few sizes smaller and the home kitschy decor I had a larger home that can dedicate a guest bedroom and bath to this style. I don't shop at this store often but I do find something there once in a while. Like the dress I found on this past occasion...I have to find a fancy tea party or some other excuse to wear it! This review is for this particular location on Howell Mill- fairly new on the Westside, and standalone. Yay! No more navigating awful malls! So glad an intown location opened outside of Lenox, which I avoid like the plague. This location is set up amongst a bunch of other boutique-type stores. The service was good- I was asked if I needed help by one of the sales staff without hovering, shown the way to the dressing room to try on a dress, and then checked out at the cashier quickly and without incident. Selection was also good- lots of sizes available in most of the styles. Like all other Anthropologies, the items are a little on the pricey side but there are also alot of items that make good gifts- coffee table books, list notepads, home decor, accessories, etc. It's just not a place I would go to all the time, but when I'm there, it's a nice place to browse. read more

This Anthro is HUGE (by Anthro standards). I stopped in after my mani/pedi at Nouvelle and was pleasantly surprised to see the sale items were on an extra discount. They had a pretty good selection as well. Because it's still relatively new, everything is really clean. I liked how this one is laid out better. It seemed to make more sense than others I've been in. The fitting rooms were a good size and had good lighting. All too often you get in the fitting room and it's impossible to tell how something looks. The staff were friendly and made a point to talk to me. The check out got a little backed up and they only had two people working, but I was there at 4p on a Friday afternoon. Not exactly prime shopping time. I'll definitely be back because it's about a 5 minute drive from my apartment. I hear my bank account whimpering already. read more

I've always loved going into Anthropolgie and looking at their household items and buying way too many of them. They have the cutest stuff. While there, I would always look longingly at the lovely clothes. Unfortunately, I could not fit into any of the clothes. Well, thanks to the kick start of In It to Thin It, I've lost enough weight to fit into the clothes here!! I waited a while after losing weight to buy any new clothes thinking that I would lose some more. But, it's gotten to the point that I look like a bag lady so I decided to suck it up and get some intermediary clothes. And let's get real. I love shopping too much to refrain for too long a period of time. I popped in on a Friday night to see what they have in stock. I love that this is a free standing location and I don't have to go to the mall to check stuff out. The space is very open, but there are lots of little nooks packed with items. I didn't realize that this location closed at 7 and I probably got there pretty close to the 7 pm closing time. The staff there were extremely nice and didn't rush me at all. They were really nice about helping me find items and try things on. I wasn't until I left that I realized that it was 7:30 and they closed at 7. Ooops. I walked out of there with way too much clothing. I was so excited about fitting into the clothes that I got a bit carried away. I will definitely be back to get more stuff - hopefully in an even smaller size! read more

I love Anthropologie and have been an Anthro member for many years. Unfortunately, this location has really left me with a bad feeling. After trying on several tops, I came out of the dressing room. The associate asked me how they worked and I said unfortunately none of them worked. Her response? "Wow." Really, folks? Is his how you train your associates to treat long term customers?? Someone needs to go in and assess this staff and their customer relations skills. read more

Came in here with my friend Tao last week when we had some time to kill. The weather was lovely and that meant that it was sun dress time. My wardrobe can never have too many dresses...:) Like Tamara said this location has tons of bath stuff and I was sad that they had no shoes. :( The lady in the dressing room was kind enough to bring me back sizes that I wanted. They also offered to start a dressing room for me when I started picking up items I liked. Their inventory is decent and even though it's not like their location at Lenox the short walk here is worth it. Screw the damn traffic at Lenox. #Yelp365 - 49/365 read more

I really like shopping at Anthropologie!! I enjoy the fun, wimsical and unique items that I can find there. Somethings are a bit over priced, but if I really want it bad enough I will take the plunge...otherwise, I shop the mark downs. When it comes to the employees, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff at the Howell Mill location. I have been in about 3 or 4 times in the past couple of months and I am always greeted with a smile and treated very well. I like the fact that you are acknowledged, but given space to browse. The layout/location of the store is perfect for me. The location is very close to home for me and I love that it is located in a trendy little area with other upscale boutiques and eateries. The store is easy to shop and I get a warm and cozy feeling anytime I go in. It always smells divine and everything is neat and displayed well. read more

This Anthro store is convenient. I just take the elevator from my apartment down to the Lobby walk 10 steps and there it is, the large wooden gates of Anthro. Everyone is consistently nice enough. I don't mind their stand-offish approach. As a customer, I hate being smothered when I am shopping so I prefer their laid-back "we're here if you need anything, but we're not going to accost you" vibe. The layout of the store is a bit confusing. Everything just seems to be everywhere and there is no logic to the schema. You might be looking for something, only to look endlessly, and not find it, because the store is spread out in confusing, non-user-friendly ways. Because of my job, i have spent the last 8 years traveling all over the country and almost always finding myself at an Anthro in most of the cities I go through. As a public figure, I am constantly promoting Anthropologie by wearing their clothes at large events where I have the power to influence and set trends, in front of an audience. Even when I shot a commercial in Denver, CO a couple of years ago, the Wardrobe person asked me what brands I liked to wear, and of course I said "Anthropologie" which is what they ended up putting me in for a National Commercial. The reason I am giving this store two stars is because the Manager has a stick up her butt and it doesn't make me want to shop here. I have been an Anthro member since 2007 (or 2008) and I have spent thousands of (tax deductible) dollars at so many of their stores. When I am photographed for an article or a newspaper-- you guessed it-- I'm wearing Anthropologie. So the other day I walked to Anthro and I purchased a plate with gold rim around it (I have 5 other plates from the same series- but from a couple of years ago). I went home (upstairs), used the plate, washed the plate and the next morning noticed the gold layer rim had chipped off. The very next day I walk myself downstairs and back into the store (with my receipt), and the manager tells me that the plate is not dishwasher safe. I told her "I know I have 5 other plates from the same series and they've kept in great shape for over 2 years" I'm not sure how or why she had decided that I must have put it in the dishwasher (We do have a dishwasher in our apartment, but since it's only my boyfriend and I, and we barely use any dishes, it seems kind of wasteful run the dishwasher for 2 plates and a pot so we wash all of our dishes by hand. We also have a microwave but don't use it because we don't like to nuke our food). The point is, instead of the manager saying something like "Hey! Yeah, I totally remember you, you were here just the other night before closing. I'm sorry the plate is broken, would you like a refund or an exchange?" Instead, she chose to give me a hard time about the plate. It was a very negative experience and one that doesn't make me feel valued as a customer. We moved into the building about a month ago and since then we've purchased a lot of our kitchenware, candles, planters/pots from Anthro. I'm sorry your plate is bad quality, the very least you can do is offer me an exchange without giving me a hard time. Honestly, usually when I go downstairs to Anthro I am often headed to a workout or back from a workout, so maybe seeing someone in sweats and sneakers might make managers feel that my money may not be good enough for them, or one might easily assume that I don't have the money to shop there. But we live in a day and age where CEOs wear dirty slacks and goodwil flannels. It shouldn't be about what you wear. Everyone should be treated with the same respect and kindness. Didn't you see "Pretty Woman"?? read more

This may be my favorite Anthropologie location in the ATL. The staff is friendly, helpful and super fun to chat with. The store itself is laid out in a very shopper-easy fashion, and the clothes are of course, merchandised in a way that makes you want to move in. Love the vibe, the selection and the overall feeling of the Midtown as it is, and the staff here make me want to come in again soon. read more

CandiceT-I have to agree with you! I went into the Howell Mill store last week after purchasing some Anthro pants online. They were an unusual print with some beautiful greens and yellows that I thought I might have better luck matching in person. There were two women staffing the non-bridal part of the store and there were only 2 of us in the store shopping. Neither of them greeted either of us, nor did they ever ask if they could assist us in any way. One stayed behind the counter the whole time and one appeared to be straightening clothing displays. The one on the floor actually looked at me as I was looking through the clothing on the display she was working on, but never said a word. Anthro is way to expensive to also have poor customer service. Like the J Crew store that was around the corner from them, I predict that this store will not stay around long! read more

I often say that I'm going to leave a review for a restaurant, store, etc but unfortunately don't follow through. I couldn't let that happen this time! Impressed doesn't even come to describe how I felt during my visit to this location over Easter weekend. A friend and I had an appointment for her to try on wedding dresses. Allison was our stylist/ consultant and she was amazing, friendly, warm, professional, helpful, and full of ideas! She was genuinely interested in helping my friend make the best decision and we felt like we were hanging out with a good friend for an hour and not shopping. Maddison was also extremely helpful and gave us great styling ideas for the convertible bridesmaid dresses. These ladies, along with the managers and other staff made our wedding dress/ bridesmaid dress shopping experience pleasant, fun, and extremely memorable. I would highly recommend visiting this store if you're looking for excellent service or need to find the perfect wedding dress. read more

The best Anthro in Atlanta. Very 'alternative' location with great mom & pop restaurants around it. Good to make a day out of. VERY friendly customer service. Super helpful associates that aren't patronizing but legitimately helpful. I don't know what the other reviewers were doing to get such terrible service. Maybe it's different on the weekends? There aren't any of these stores down where I live so I whenever I'm close to one I make it a point to stop in! I like this one mostly because it's not in a mall and there's JCT kitchen across the street. This location also just looks and feels different from the other stores. Somehow it's not as 'Anthropologie" if that makes sense or maybe it's even more Anthropologie. IDK. This Anthro is beautiful and has a great selection, but the staff is absolutely INCOMPETENT! I had a horrific experience interviewing here that stretched out over four months, from March to June, for a simple staff position. 1. I come to the store in mid-March (my spring break) for a walk-in interview that goes very well. 2. About two weeks later, they call me to schedule a second interview. When I try to explain to the woman on the phone that my school is three hours away and I don't have a car, and hence no way of getting there, it does not phase her at all, and she will not even consider a phone interview. 3. I manage to persuade a friend with a car to drive down with me. I get to my interview 10 minutes early, but I have to wait 20 minutes after my scheduled interview time for it to actually begin. The interview takes literally 8 minutes (I timed it), and at the end, my interviewer says, "I love you already! I can't wait to start working with you. We will call you in May," and thus I assume I have the job. 4. Everything is dandy, and I receive a call in May. However, instead of them asking me when I am available to work, the woman asks me to come in for A SECOND INTERVIEW with the hiring manager in mid-May. I am very confused, since I've already had a second interview, and tell her that, and she says, "Oh, well come in for a third interview then!" We schedule an interview for next week at 12:30, which I have her repeat just in case. 5. I come in at 12:20 and ask for the hiring manager. She says the interview was scheduled for 12:00, even though we had agreed on 12:30 over the phone. She asks me the exact questions they asked me the first interview and says they will get back to me by the end of the month. 6. The end of May rolls around and they have still given me no final word on the job they already told me I had. I wait another week and call on June 6. The hiring manager tells me she had had a family issue (which is very unfortunate) but that she has not even begun to touch the interviews. Seriously, what!?!? 7. I finally received a card in the mail yesterday telling me that I did not have the job. Though I had assumed as such beginning with that phone call in May, it was still really lame to not even get something personal after having THREE INTERVIEWS. The women who interviewed me were all very nice and polite, but even so, the place is run by a bunch of holier-than-thou idiots who believe they must protect the Anthro Grail. After working a 12 hour day I needed to go to this location to make a return. After looking this specific location up online to check their hours I was pleased to find out they closed at 9 PM. When I arrive on a bitter cold night, their door is locked. I see employees inside, so I go out to my car and call. After listening to the recording that their hours are 10-9 I wanted to speak to someone. Yes, they close at 8 PM. I mentioned that online and their recording says 9 PM and I drove over to make a return, the sales associated just said Sorry. Now I understand that this is not the end of the world but it was a very bad experience from a store I probably built from my purchases. Looking forward to the new store on Ponce, hoping they will meet my expectations. read more

This is actually a review of the BHLDN bridal shop inside this Anthropologie. Went last week for an "accessory" appointment to follow up my initial wedding dress appointment I had months earlier in Chicago. This appointment at the Atlanta BHLDN store was an equally wonderful experience. Allison was my bridal consultant; she was incredible! Even though this was just an accessory appointment to dress up my wedding look, Allison was very helpful and seemed legitimately excited to be a part of the experience. She was patient and really listened to my ideas and ended up putting together the most beautifully simplistic look for my wedding day. All of the women working in the bridal shop went out of their way to help with the appointment, giving varying perspectives and insights. All around, really great experience. The ladies at BHLDN make you feel special; how every bride wants to feel when shopping for their wedding dress and accessories. Thanks Allison! read more

This is my favorite Anthro in the city, they always have unique finds. I love coming in during the week, it's less congested - you pretty much have the store to yourself read more

Krysten at BHLDN is fantastic! I went on a weekday without an appointment because I knew exactly what I wanted to try on. I don't recommend doing that but I emailed before and they told me it was ok. I got the same service (more than I expected) that I would if I had made an appointment. I was there maybe 30 minutes and I'm absolutely in love with my dress! read more
