    I found a few things that I liked at great prices and was very happy.... that is until I waited in line for over 1.5 hours. Yes an hour and a half just to pay. Only 2 people working the registers on a Monday at 3pm. I'm not sure what's going on, but people were literally walking out of the store due to the painfully long wait.

    I particularly, like this location this is my go to if I'm in the area. They generally, have great pricing and the cashiers are always welcoming and friendly. I Found some cute emerald wine glasses for $5.99 Whoop Whoop!! The store is always clean..wish I could say the same about the restrooms though. NEEDS ATTENTION!! ESPECIALLY DURING THESE TIMES.

    This store sells clothing, home decor, and small electrical items all at a discount price. This location is extremely large. There is an abundance of empty space so the aisles aren't packed with inventory. It should be easy to get around the store if you have a stroller or a wheelchair. From what I've seen, the one checkout line extends well into the middle of the clothing aisles. Be prepared to wait in line, as the line moves very, very slow. If you have the patience to look, you can find a good bargain. The interior of the store looks like a run down warehouse and the lighting is low, which is odd. The cashier that I had was nice enough, but she was ringing me up and dealing with another customer issue at the same time. Neither one of us got the customer service that we should have. I bought a suit for about 50% less than what it would have costed elsewhere. For the money saved, it was worth it

    Everything was EVERY WHERE ! Clothes wasn't sized, I walked in and came right back out and shopped somewhere else. The whole store looked as if a hurricane came through. I don't think I'll ever come in here again.

    I would give this location more than two stars; HOWEVER, they seriously need to clean their shoe department and they are selling a pair of extremely damaged boots. First, let's talk about the unorganized shoe department. It is outrageously messy! Shoes are not placed in the correct aisle according to their size. If a pair of shoes catches your eye, but you don't see them in your size, check every aisle. More than likely, the pair of shoes in your size are nestled somewhere in another aisle with shoes too big or too small for your feet. But be courteous and try not to walk on or run over with your shopping cart the MANY pairs of shoes abandoned in the middle of the aisles. It's like walking through an obstacle course and shoes are coming at you from every direction! Now let's talk about the pair of extremely damaged boots that they are attempting to sell instead of throwing in the trash. I SERIOUSLY thought it was a joke seeing as how Halloween was the next day and I assumed this was a trick and not a treat. These were patent leather boots with a small heel from the brand Mix It. From a distance, I thought the boots had a weird pattern. I was completely wrong. After closer inspection, what I thought was a pattern, was actually the patent leather peeling of the boots in several areas. It was bad, people. BAD! I couldn't believe they were selling them! The price of these lovely misfit boots...$12.99. That's right folks! You can take home these pair of damaged Mix It patent leather boots for the clearance price of $12.99. Act now because quantities are limited! Overall, there needs to be better management of their shoe department. Maybe I caught them on a bad day; however, I've visited this location on occasion and the clutter of shoes on the floor seem to be the norm. I must admit, I've seen them sell damaged shoes (missing a piece of an adornment, etc.); however, this was the worst of the worst.

    Visited January 2019- We have to do better! I normally stop at this location when I am leaving work, normally without a specific list in my head. On this occasion I needed to make a bathroom stop before loading up my cart. The disaster that was inside was also unimaginable at 5:00pm. There was no hand soap or tissue. So I went to find someone who worked here to let them know the state of the restroom. But I was given attitude and I'll see what I can do! Huh.. so I politely left my filled buggy and went to TJ Max to use there facility and also shop there. I will continue stopping at the Douglasville location or Old National. I don't think something as basic as a clean restroom which is stocked with supplies is not to much to ask for as a paying Customer.

    ATTENTION MANAGEMENT: YOUR STORE NEEDS YOU TO STEP UP! Not much has improved since my last visit to this store. I only visited as a matter of convenience since we were in the area. There are really nice Burlington stores and there are some that are just not very well kept. This store is the latter, it was a bit junky and unorganized. It also needed a good cleaning and a little TLC. When it comes to shopping in particular stores, I need to have a reason to return otherwise I won't. This store did not really interest me very much and I did not venture past the hair accessories and hats. Burlington always has great hats, accessories, and fascinators. Since I had my neighbor's 13 year old daughter with me, we spent time just playing with the hats and entertaining ourselves. It was a lot of fun. These hats were over the top "church lady" hats with unique designs and colors just in time for spring. They are so cool and make the perfect travel accessory. Although I did not find one today, I know that they are just starting to arrive and I will be checking my local stores for a nice summer option. My friend was able to purchase quite a few household items and gift bags. I purchased a couple of hair accessories which are always difficult to find once summer arrives. The lady who was designated to direct customers to the next available cashier was totally unnecessary and could have been better utilized in other areas organizing and creating more inviting displays. Cashiers can just say "next please" and move the line along themselves. There are better Burlington stores north of 285 and I would choose to shop them rather than this location. Customer service was fast and professional.

    Lines are waaayyy too long! It's crazy how long the lines are and how long it takes to make a purchase. It is ridiculous!!

I found the same size bottle of the cologne for a cheaper at Ulta and decided to purchase it instead but I was unable to cancel my order at Macy's due to the item had already shipped to the store. Once the order arrived at Macy's I was notified to pick it up on 12/22. While at Macy's store pick up area in Morrow. Ga I told the employee that I decided that I didn't want the cologne and I wanted a refund due to finding it at a cheaper price from a different store. The employee stated I had to go ahead and sign the receipt stating I picked it up but I could leave the product with them and call customer service to ask for a refund. The next day on 12/23 I called customer service about my refund and the customer service rep stated I should receive an email about my refund and I never received anything from them. In January I decided to try to get my money back through my bank, after 2 months worth of investigating my bank stated I had to contact Macy's because they were stating that I picked the item up but in reality I DID NOT! I've tried contacting them 3 different times and each time they have gave me the run around and I just want my MONEY BACK! MACY'S AT SOUTHLAKE MALL IS HORRIBLE AND I DO BELEIVE THE EMPLOYEE THAT HELPED ME THAT DAY TOOK THE COLOGNE AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR IT IN THE END!! I JUST WANT MY $302.00 RETURNED TO ME ASAP!!
