I told the owners who didn't seem too concerned with her behavior she must be related so on the way out I called her a cunt and told her she looked like a hag. Made me feel a bit better since she didn't even apologize for her statement. This is a small business which I try to give my business too even though the prices are a lot higher than Home Depot or Lowe's or even ace hardware but if this happened at one of those store the lady would have been terminated.

Part worked exactly as a replacement for broken item. Miles is a bit further for me than another small box HW store I frequent, but Miles having an online search feature immediately tells me if they have what I need before driving out, which sways me over to them when looking for a unique item.
