Found items in line and they were on sale. Pointed out the items were on sale. I walked back to the rear of the building and removed the sales tag. Also pulled up the price using their Ace Smart phone app. Lower price was on the tag and the app. I was told that I should not remove the shelf tag. The clerk had to call over a manager to override the price. Yes I was able to get it at the sales price. Neither the manager nor the clerk apologized for the inconvenience and hassle. I was not thanked for my business and see no reason to visit this store again. I have made purchases at Ace in Cartersville and never had a problem. This Ace has Unhelpful folks!

None of them wanted to help - they were just talking, one sitting on a washing machine telling personal stories so I don't know why they were so unhelpful. One of them finally came and sort of "answered" our question but didn't really know and kept glancing away back at his friends obviously wanting to get back to talking to his fellow employees. We gave up and went to Home Depot to buy our appliances. I will never consider Lowes for future appliance purchases.
