They have chicken coops, pen supplies, medicine for your animals and pretty much anything you'd need for your garden. In the spring they even have chicks for sale. If you are just here to browse on your own or grab something quick, your visit will usually go smoothly. If you are ever in need of assistance by a team member, that's where things get sketchy. Do you need a heavy item brought to the front? Expect an hour wait. Do you have a question about their products or need help finding something? Good luck finding an associate to ask, you'll need even more luck finding one that actually knows anything about farming. Are you in line at the customer service counter? Just go up front and tell a cashier you need assistance, no one will pass you by for days at the CS counter. I've personally assisted more than a few elderly woman with heavy stuff, not only inside the store but as they were trying to get it inside their car because there was no one else around to help. I've tried other Tractor Supply locations and I know this is not the norm, the Fayetteville location has some of the friendliest associates around. When I need actual assistance, like buying a new coop, I've learned to just go there instead.

I spent 20 minutes shopping plus I drove 30 minutes to the store; I had an email verification that I could use the coupon, but still the nasty employee argued with me. What happened to "the customer is always right?" The three of us left, and went to Target where we spent $400. We still will be shopping at Amazon for the things we COULD HAVE BOUGHT at your store. If she was under my employ, she would not be working for me. By the way, two of us filled out the comment cards. I wonder if the manager will see them.

Picked up and was told the battery was not holding a charge (my battery was fully charged when I brought it in). Said nothing wrong with vacuum (it originally was automatically turning off when in use and canister was not collecting debris). Just charged me $200 for a battery that normally costs under $100. When I asked for my original battery back, he said he threw it away. Took vacuum home and no issues were resolved . Took it back and Kenneth then began to guess it was a connection problem inside the vacuum. Just showed me he never checked out the vacuum in the first place. Asked for my money back, but wouldn't do so until I gave him back the new battery. I asked for my battery back but said he threw it away and there was no way to give it back and it wasn't his problem. I asked for the manager then owner and Bryan claimed he was both. Highly doubtful since he looked to be in his early 20s. Very dissatisfied and disgusted with their lack of professionalism and service.
