Part worked exactly as a replacement for broken item. Miles is a bit further for me than another small box HW store I frequent, but Miles having an online search feature immediately tells me if they have what I need before driving out, which sways me over to them when looking for a unique item.

A perfect example of technology making things more difficult rather than easier. I saw this Ace Hardware on my way home yesterday and stopped in, hoping they could copy it. Well, they had an old key cutting machine - the kind that just duplicates whatever you put in it. The guy made me 2 copies, both of which work perfectly and charged me $0. That's right, $0. owe's Review…read more Disappointment, regret, and lack of professionalism is an understatement with how I feel about Lowe's and specifically the Lowe's in Newnan, Georgia under the management of Nick. We ordered all new appliances for their Labor Day sale Wednesday, September 2. Part of the order was supposed to be delivered and installed on September 10 and the other on September 17 We've received automatic texts regarding delays. We've been given multiple make up dates. We finally received part of the order a week late. I've been trying to get a hold of somebody with install with no response. I called Newnan Customer Service on 9/5 who gave me the direct number to install. The number they provided me, I have never been able to get someone on the phone. The only contact I've had is via automated messages. We ordered four appliances so I'm getting automated texts for each separate order. I've been trying to get in touch with somebody to figure out which appliances are being delivered on which dates. Although I haven't spoken to anyone in install directly, once our refrigerator arrived, I was a little hopeful that everything else was going to follow within a reasonable timeframe; however, that has not been the case. I called the Newnan store back on 9/20 to get some answers on the delay and inability to reach anyone with install. She told me she would have the manager, Nick, reach out to me when he got in on Sunday (9/20) around 11am - NO CALL BACK. So I called him again Monday (9/21) and was informed he was on his lunch and would call me back - NO CALL BACK. I've attempted to reach install 9/8, 9/11, 9/15 which are all in my call log. This morning, I called Lowe's mainline instead of dealing with the store. I've lost complete faith in Nick's professionalism and customer service skills. The main line to customer service put me through to someone in installment mainline. She was able to contact install at Newnan and they told her they have been trying to contact us. COMPLETE LIES! And now the earliest date they can give us is an install date of October 6!! We've been given multiple delivery dates, multiple delays, multiple promises for call backs. How am I supposed to trust that these appliances are going to show up 2 weeks from now, especially given they are trying to place the blame on us. These appliances were ordered on September 2 and our first bill is due BEFORE we are GETTING the appliances. How is this right? On top of that.. the gentleman I spoke to in customer service this morning, had the audacity to say "maybe Nick hasn't returned your phone call because he needs you to calm down." First of all, that remark itself was ridiculous and unnecessary. This is the first time I have shown frustration and it's mainly due to Nick not contacting me back after multiple calls and messages left. Let me make myself clear - I have never once raised my voice, used profanity, or done anything that warrants messages to go unanswered. Even if he couldn't give me an answer, the professional thing to do would be to call me back and give me a different contact number to someone who can assist beyond the number I have been trying. At this point, I wish we could do business with Home Depot. I will be stopping by that store today to see if they can get us appliances before October 6. This has gone from a "time and delivery issue" to an "integrity and professionalism issue." I've been told that I will be contacted within 24 hours in regards to all of these issues and I'm not hopeful. But my hands are tied. Absolutely no one is helping and I keep getting fake apologies with no true solution.
