I stopped by this morning, the following Saturday, and sure enough they hadn't gotten to it yet. Realizing it's the peak of busy season for small engine mechanics I decided not to make a big deal out of it and went on home. Even though there are no mechanics on duty on the weekends I got a call about an hour later saying my auger was ready for pickup. The manager on duty, being a mechanic also, took it upon himself to repair my equipment. I really appreciate that kind of service and will not hesitate to use them in the future. Great customer service Mr. Manager!

They sent an email saying that I used wood in the smoker and that's why it fell apart (who sells a smoker you're prohibited from using wood in?). No where in your advertisements do you specify that wood cannot be put in your smoker and no where did I mention the use of wood. They also claimed I had the firebox at too high a heat. I've used it to smoke 3x and kept it within 150-250 which is not high heat. They closed my warranty case 1607025 by telling me it's my fault and to actually purchase from them (not send me in good faith) a $10 spray can and repair it myself. I'll need to buy a $100 angle grinder and blade to get the paint off and then repair it myself. I called and simply requested a new damper flap and they said it would be available mid-October. I'm leaving this review because as seen below in other reviews they do not follow through with their word, so hopefully I may get a resolution here.
