I did not have to wait for it to be rung out or swapped in the system . Take this sprayer and get to work kinda service . Which I highly appreciate and would recommend to anyone to go to this store . I planned for it to be a stressful and irritating process , which to my surprise it was the complete opposite.

Purchased a longhorn oklahoma grill (which is apart of the char-broil lineup). The damper vent on…read moremy grill started to buckle and peel away after only 3 uses and a month of ownership. They sent an email saying that I used wood in the smoker and that's why it fell apart (who sells a smoker you're prohibited from using wood in?). No where in your advertisements do you specify that wood cannot be put in your smoker and no where did I mention the use of wood. They also claimed I had the firebox at too high a heat. I've used it to smoke 3x and kept it within 150-250 which is not high heat. They closed my warranty case 1607025 by telling me it's my fault and to actually purchase from them (not send me in good faith) a $10 spray can and repair it myself. I'll need to buy a $100 angle grinder and blade to get the paint off and then repair it myself. I called and simply requested a new damper flap and they said it would be available mid-October. I'm leaving this review because as seen below in other reviews they do not follow through with their word, so hopefully I may get a resolution here.
