Daniel's Appliance Company had in stock what Lowe's promised that I could "possibly" receive in 2-8 weeks. (Yes, 8! Hope you don't NEED that appliance! Besides all that, Lowe's was over 2 weeks out in delivering items they DID have in stock--although we pick up and install our own.) I was happy to pay the difference to support a local business and get the appliance right away. But as soon as they found out there was a difference, they offered to price match! A phone call early Monday morning confirmed they had in stock the item I requested. When I got there, all I had to do was state my name and pay for it. They were ready to load it in my vehicle. Super friendly. This is the second time I've wondered why I even bothered with looking at the big chains. (Actually, I was in the big chain because Daniel's closes at 1:00 on Saturdays in order to give their employees a life. Yay for them!) read more

I have purchased several appliances from Daniel Appliances over the years and have never had any negative experience ever. They have always been prompt and courteous, never leaving a mess to clean up in their wake. I've purchased appliances from other companies before discovering this one, and when I've needed repairs on those, I've always been able to get Daniel to send a repair technician to fix my problem, even though I had purchased the item elsewhere. Even when the company that sold me the item declined to service it! And, any time I have found an appliance elsewhere cheaper, Daniel has always offered to match the price, often without me asking. The last two times we had a problem with our freezer we called Daniel appliance. They were really helpful even from just the phone call. If there was any change or adjustment for our appointment they were sure to let me know well in advance. The best part was their really friendly technician who came and helped fix our freezer. One of the advantages of buying from Daniel appliance is the outstanding service you receive after the sale. They are able to look up your appliance from the invoice and know what make and model so you do not have to hunt for it yourself. We bought a refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher from them for the church and pastorium. Over the last 20 years, when we have had a problem they fixed it right away. Called late in the day today and have a service call scheduled for in the morning. That is good service already! read more

A few weeks ago I had a dishwasher repair problem. Fixed in no time. Kyle was the repair guy. Daniel is super efficient knowledgeable and very customer oriented. Then my washing machine went crazy.
