Making matters worse, I contacted Molly, the business employee, through the provided email. There has been NOTHING from Molly and it's been almost 5 weeks! That's not okay. However, you will all be happy to know that I found a very bright and creative contractor who slightly modified my kitchen to accommodate the refrigerator. read more

Realizing it's the peak of busy season for small engine mechanics I decided not to make a big deal out of it and went on home. Even though there are no mechanics on duty on the weekends I got a call about an hour later saying my auger was ready for pickup. The manager on duty, being a mechanic also, took it upon himself to repair my equipment. I really appreciate that kind of service and will not hesitate to use them in the future.
