Shontae constantly harasses me when I shop at this store. She once made my 61 yr old mother cry…read moreby rudely accusing her of " messing up shelves " when my mom had not even touched anything on the shelves. She then proceeded to argue with us when I told her we had not been the ones that messed the items up on the shelf. Also, she has repeatedly harassed me over a double strap skull purse about it being a "bookbag". This isn't a bookbag ! It's my purse. It's listed on Amazon as such . Management knows I bring it in and I've been shopping at this location for over a year with my purse. She proceeded to argue with me in front of customers as I was at the self checkout trying to pay for my items. I told her that she was already told that I have permission to bring in my PURSE. She wouldn't stop and kept telling me that my purse is not a purse it's a bag. Which is not accurate. I just said whatever and wasn't going to continue on about it. But .... She kept on about it and got one of her customer friends to chime in about how my purse isn't a purse. They wouldn't leave me alone and harassed me until I walked out the door. I've reported Shontae to management twice about her rude attitude and so far they still keep her employed despite her deplorable attitude towards customers. I have no problem abiding by company policy but she needs an attitude adjustment!

I dropped off my auger for repairs last Saturday. I was pretty sure all it needed was a pull rope…read moreso I was a little put off when after a week I still hadn't heard anything. I stopped by this morning, the following Saturday, and sure enough they hadn't gotten to it yet. Realizing it's the peak of busy season for small engine mechanics I decided not to make a big deal out of it and went on home. Even though there are no mechanics on duty on the weekends I got a call about an hour later saying my auger was ready for pickup. The manager on duty, being a mechanic also, took it upon himself to repair my equipment. I really appreciate that kind of service and will not hesitate to use them in the future. Great customer service Mr. Manager!

Both units were giving error codes and the repair process should have been fairly straightforward. After over two months and numerous phone calls during which I was either hung up on or given the runaround, I finally had to get in my car and drive FOUR hours to reclaim my merchandise. When I arrived, the staff was rude and hostile, and demanded that I pay $130 to get my items back. Having no choice, I forked over the $130, and now that I am home I cannot even get either unit to power on. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

My expertise is in Customer Service, and this company walks the walk and talks the talk! James constantly guided me, gave me constant updates, was extremely patient, kind and funny in every time I needed assurance on my precious TV. He made me feel that I was FAMILY in the way he sought solutions that helped to fix my TV, and that were financially beneficially to ME first. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He reminds me of the good 'ol days, when your word was was your bond, and you could depend on honest people to do the right thing by you. I am Blessed to have him take care of us in this area. Wish there were more company's with James' ethics. Thanks for EVERYTHING James--you literally saved us thousands of dollars and you helped prevent us from getting ripped off by others.
