Shontae constantly harasses me when I shop at this store. She once made my 61 yr old mother cry…read moreby rudely accusing her of " messing up shelves " when my mom had not even touched anything on the shelves. She then proceeded to argue with us when I told her we had not been the ones that messed the items up on the shelf. Also, she has repeatedly harassed me over a double strap skull purse about it being a "bookbag". This isn't a bookbag ! It's my purse. It's listed on Amazon as such . Management knows I bring it in and I've been shopping at this location for over a year with my purse. She proceeded to argue with me in front of customers as I was at the self checkout trying to pay for my items. I told her that she was already told that I have permission to bring in my PURSE. She wouldn't stop and kept telling me that my purse is not a purse it's a bag. Which is not accurate. I just said whatever and wasn't going to continue on about it. But .... She kept on about it and got one of her customer friends to chime in about how my purse isn't a purse. They wouldn't leave me alone and harassed me until I walked out the door. I've reported Shontae to management twice about her rude attitude and so far they still keep her employed despite her deplorable attitude towards customers. I have no problem abiding by company policy but she needs an attitude adjustment!

I've been ignored, walked away from mid conversation, and not called back about an order. All I use this place for now is an FFL dealer. They'll have my $35 transfer fee, fine. But they don't deserve anything more than that for the kind of service I've had (FROM BEHIND THE GUN COUNTER). That being said! Charlotte and Randy behind the main counter (who handled my FFL transfers) were incredibly professional, quick, attentive, and helpful. Got to me REALLY fast about my shipment arrival and got me in and out without any hassle whatsoever.

The next day my sprayer had the same issue which is now deemed a faulty sprayer, within 30 min a great man named Mike gave me a brand new one . I did not have to wait for it to be rung out or swapped in the system . Take this sprayer and get to work kinda service . Which I highly appreciate and would recommend to anyone to go to this store . I planned for it to be a stressful and irritating process , which to my surprise it was the complete opposite.
