Went into the store to return a open box 32 inch TV , because when I purchased on Monday after spending $2,500 on TV and mounting and sound bar. Opened the TV when I got home and screen was cracked, immediately called back and spoke to someone and they said return it. When I returned today Don came to assist and asked us if we had dropped it. And my husband said no and why are you asking me that. He stated he had to explain to his higher ups. Now what happened to you accusing a customer of breaking something when it was an open box item. Was very unprofessional and rude to the customer. If I didn't need the TV and other items purchased I would cancel the order. We don't spend our money in places that the customer service is terrible. My siblings and I ordered a viper remote starter for Mother's Day for my mom. I scheduled my appointment for 12pm, which is not a problem. The website mention it was take about 2.5 hours maximum 3 hours. I get here a little before 12, the guy who was in the bay area was still working on a different car. He checked us, told us he would give us a call when he's finish. Three hours pass and still no call, I walked back to Best Buy only for the guy to say he would need more time an hour max. I left and walked to sonic to sit on the patio, came back around 4:30ish....only for him to be still working on the car. At this I am pass the upset phase....so I walk out again and sat on the bench next door. 6:10 pm is when my car was completed! Do Not ever hire Geek Squad EVER! They missed their appointment the day they scheduled and Best Buy said that I couldn't get it back because they haven't brought it back to the store. CAUTION PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BUY/ORDER FROM BEST BUY!!!! We ordered a stove for our elderly mother who lives in a different state from us (she lives in Columbus Georgia) on 11-12-2022. It was to be delivered on 11-19-2022 at 8:30 a.m. at 8:37 a.m. we received a call from Antonio from Alabama telling us that he could not deliver the stove because he thought that it was an electric stove and that he couldn't hook up a gas stove and the only person that could hook it up can't do it until the following day. He said that he would reschedule it for the next morning at the same time. The next morning 11-20-2022 we received a text message telling us that David would arrive at the scheduled time. Then shortly after that we received a text message telling us to schedule an appointment for our order. We proceeded to call customer service and after explaining what happened to 3 different people the rescheduled the delivery for 4:00 on that day. Around 2:00 p.m. received a call from Allan who informed us that the store didn't have the stove and that he was having trouble contacting the other drivers and the store manager because nobody was answering their phones and that he would call us back. About a half hour later he calls us back and said that he located the stove but he now didn't have time to do it that day because he had other orders and had already left the area. He went on to tell us how incompetent there system was and not to schedule the redelivery with customer service because he was doing it and that he personally guaranteed that our mom's stove would be delivered on 11-21-22 at 10:30 a.m. and that he was personally going to be hooking it up, even going so far as to give us what he said was his personal number to reassure us. Needless to say, he did not keep his word, he didn't even schedule the appointment and refused to answer his phone. We have been dealing with this same issue for 3 days, been rescheduled now 5 times. We have talked to over 20 different customer service reps that really can't help us. The customer service refuses to let you talk to anyone from corporate, they reschedule before they even confirm the time with you and then proceed to hang up on you. This has been a nightmare, our mother still doesn't have a stove and we even paid for total tech for the year but we have come to the conclusion that: BEST BUY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT IT'S CUSTOMERS, THAT THEY HAVE PURPOSELY FIXED IT WHERE YOU CAN'T CONTACT THE STORE DIRECTLY BY PHONE, NOR CAN YOU SPEAK TO ANYONE FROM THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE ALLOWING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY TEAMS TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS ANY WAY THAT THEY WANT WITHOUT ANY CONSEQUENSES.... read more

If I could give this BestBuy a zero here, I would. My mother inquired about an appliance package to include a stove and dishwasher on Jan. 15th, 2022. The Geek Squad went to her home to take measurements to ensure she would choose the right products for the space. The measurements taken by the Geek Squad were given to the salesperson so my mom could choose her preferred styles. All told, the appliances plus labor costs equalled $1723.11. Fast forward to Feb 23rd, and after BestBuy cancelled the first installation date of Feb. 4th, my mother is still without a stove and is cooking on a hot plate! Why? Girl working the department is stand 3 or 4 feet from me is on her phone. I ask out loud several times if they carry this in full size refrigerators and she never looked up.
