Our home warranty insurance First American Home Warranty assigned this company to repair our fridge and it has been over two months and they still have not fixed it. The ice maker was not working but it also has been having problems with the temperature not getting cold and the freezer not holding temperature. Aco has come to fix the fridge at least ten times and still haven't fixed the problem. They have dragged the repair for weeks and months. They have come and not even check anything in the back of the fridge to see what is the problem. Stay away from this company.

I had an issue with my oven door constantly coming off and my dishwasher not starting. Oven door - tech didn't even bother to inspect the issue I was explaining. When he entered into the kitchen, I had already secured the oven door. He didn't bother to unscrew the handle to inspect the screws or thread of anything. I explained to him that this happens often so I figured out how to secure the door but I would like for him to look thoroughly. I said does it need a longer screw, he said yes (at this point he still hadn't even looked at the screws the door was still on). I said okay well do you need to know how long the current screws are. He said i'll just order a new handle and the screws come with it....Then i responded well then it would be the same size screw wouldn't it. That's when he got frustrated. But sir how could you get frustrated when you are the one doing a half ass job. I then explained to him that I had one of the screws replaced already last year and it still came off. He starts talking about the thread lock. I said yes the old screw still does have the original thread lock/spacer but the new one didn't come with one because the last repair company said it was discontinued so he only ordered the screw. But both screws are coming out so adding a thread lock may not solve the issue. He raised his voice at me and said "Well maam what do you want me to do" I said please don't yell at me, I Just want you to actually take the thing apart and thoroughly inspect the door and the handle because this comes off in the middle of me cooking at at 400 degrees and I have a special needs child. He did not do that, he did not care. Dishwasher - I told him it wouldn't start. He asked where the breaker was. At this point I felt insulted because only an idiot wouldn't think about checking the breaker. The tech didn't even bother to engage any buttons on the dishwasher just simply assumed I was being dumb and flipping the break switch would help. I told him where the breaker was and then said that isn't the issue because the other buttons work. Had you actually took your time to inspect the dishwasher you would have seen that. So then he gets an attitude and presses the other buttons, open the dish washer and mumbles something about an interface. After that i politely said to him i understand it is the holidays and you may have more houses to cover but I would appreciate it if you inspected the oven door better than what you did. He proceeds to be rude and starts walking to the door to leave and mentions something about me wanting a transfer. As he got in his truck I said you know what, I will request a transfer because you are very rude and unprofessional. If i could give him a 0 star, i would. do not use this company! The company I transferred to came out, THOROUGHLY INSPECTED BOTH appliances, and ordered me a replacement dish washer, SHOWED me WHY my oven door was constantly coming off, provided a temporary fix and told me to be very careful and gentle!
