Our refrigerator was not cooling well. We called on Monday and were given a Tuesday appointment. The serviceman called and arrived within 5 minutes. He diagnosed the broken compressor fan in 10 minutes and had the part in his truck. The repair took 20 minutes and cost $125. Unit works like new again. I am not one who normally complains, but this experience was frustrating and not good. I called Green's, and they had a technician come to my apartment. He looked at my dryer and said that it needed a part. He did tell me that he couldn't say 100% that the part would fix the issue, but I wanted to move forward with the repair and thought I was dealing with a reliable company. The first part didn't fix the problem, and he said that it would require another part that would need to be ordered. At this point, I'm out $360, but I figure it's still easier than purchasing a new dryer, so I agreed. Then today, the tech lets me know that Mr. Green "isn't comfortable with buying more parts" for my dryer. Well, he was certainly comfortable taking my money the first time. So now, I'm out $360 and still have a dryer that doesn't work. The tech told me he'd come out with the new part if I wanted him to, but I've wasted enough time and money with this company. read more

I seriously can't speak for the actual service of this business BUT what I can say is they need to check the integrity of their " service men". Last week our dryer ( Samsung ) started acting " crazy" making weird noises and one day it just cut off. So after calling around we found the only company here in Columbus that deals with Samsung appliances. A guy came out ( me and my husband were at work so my mom was here. She said he only listen to the dryer ( it had started back working) he told her " yeah I know that sound, the motor is about to go out". Ok so we paid a service fee for him to come out and listen to the dryer. They ordered the motor and he came out yesterday ( February 16, 2021) to replace the motor. Oh the dryer has been working the whole time also. So We've been doing laundry. He went up stairs We heard him start the dryer and we heard him pull the dryer out from the wall. And then nothing ......5 mins later we heard him move the dryer back. My husband was busy so I said I was going to check on the guy ( Wesley is his name) this has Been maybe 15 mins at the most that he's been here. I get upstairs and he's packing up. I said " hey the dryer has been working so are you sure it the motor? " he said yeah it was but I fixed it. He hands me a sock that has obviously fell in through the filter trap. He said " yeah this had fell in and messed up the motor. ..... I said ohhhh that was quick. ( He tensed up. ) BUT listen...... the box that he brought into the house with the NEW motor was still sealed . So I'm like ok I'll play alone with you. I stepped back from the door where he couldn't see me. He instantly started to open the box. So I stepped back in the door. I said oh you can leave the old motor we will throw it out. He said oh no I'll take it. We can't leave trash. So now I'm aggravated. I then said " can I see the old motor" he said yeah I just taped it back up. At this point I see he's really sticking with his lie that he actually replaced the motor and is expecting money. I call my husband up stairs and told him what was happening. He was so scared he said nothing he reached in his wallet gave my husband $50 ( that I'm assuming was from his 1st service fee) and he left. I called the office to let them know what happened she took our number and called back later. She said we are terribly sorry this happened and the owner sends his apology as well. Then she said BUT he gave you back your money so this should have solved this issue. ( totally not the point) Im 100% confident in saying this has happened to other people and they actually succeed with this scam. And the sad part is that the actual owner didn't seem bothered by this at all. If I could give a negative star I would. read more

The service was excellent. I called, left a message and had a return call within the hour. From that point, the service person called and was at my house within an hour. A part had to be ordered from Atlanta, he made arrangements to come back the next day and replace the part. He was very professional, he was efficient at his job, the price of repair was very reasonable. SUPERIOR service! Green's was able to come on a Friday afternoon not long after I called him (he wasn't far away, thank goodness)!
