It was found that it was out of stock and immediately said let's get it delivered to your home and at no charge. She had a wonderful attitude and was very pleasant. Ms. Laketa (sic) was also very attentive. When we entered the facility, she said is there anything that I can help you with? We gave her the product name and she looked it up for us. Teddi could not get into her computer so Laketa put in the order for us, and she ask if there was anything she could do for us. It is not often that you get good service like this.
