I would give this place 0 stars if that were an option. Everything about our process was a…read morenightmare. We had issues w their finance department (my card was charged at no explanation, my invoices didn't break down the pricing one bit- extremely confusing and sketchy, etc.), overpriced in my opinion (coming from a family of interior designers and builders), took forever for my materials to arrive in store only to find out that it would not work in our home due to unlevel flooring (which was not mentioned when they came out to measure/look at the home), wanted to charge me a restocking fee because the flooring that took forever to come in did not work in our home. Business was unorganized and sloppy. One person would say my materials had arrived the next would say they haven't come in, etc etc. The installer told us that they were ripping us off and offered to install it under the table if we bought materials. We did. He sucked too. Cancelled on us multiple times and did a terrible job w installation (my father laid tile for years and was shocked at how poorly he did). The only flooring we ended up purchasing from them was carpet. The carpet install looked nice but they never installed the carpet in the master closet (which we paid for). Our quartz counters were installed. The installers made the wrong cut and then told my husband that I told them to do it.. So we had to hire a contractor to cover up the gap between my cabinets and sink and my faucet is now too close to the sink. We have had the counters for less than 3 months and they are scratched and stained (which is strange because quartz is known for durability and I am a clean freak/have never made a cut w out a cutting board). Wouldn't be surprised if it isn't real quartz!! Sketchy business. Do NOT. DO NOT purchase anything from this store. You WILL regret it.

I purchased a dryer from Lowe's in Columbus, GA on June 17, 2026, with delivery scheduled for June…read more19. While the delivery arrived later than expected, my main concern was the condition of the appliance upon arrival. When I inspected the dryer the following day, I found a scratch on the front door, a dent on the right corner, and black scuff marks on the right corner of the control panel. I immediately contacted Lowe's to report the damage. I was transferred between departments, spent time on hold, and eventually drove to the store in person to try to resolve the issue. Although store management acknowledged the issue and discussed a possible discount of 20%, I was directed to work directly with the delivery contractor. Over the next several days, I made multiple phone calls in an effort to resolve the matter. I contacted Customer Service and was offered a smaller discount than what had initially been discussed, which I did not find acceptable. I also called a delivery number provided by Lowe's and discovered it was incorrect. After contacting Lowe's again, I was given the correct number. When I finally reached the Delivery Service, I was offered either a 10% discount or a replacement dryer. I was also informed that accepting a discount would prevent me from returning the dryer. After considering the options, I decided to replace the dryer. My concern is not only the damaged appliance but also the amount of time and effort required on my part to resolve an issue that occurred after purchasing directly from Lowe's. Customers should not have to coordinate among the store, customer service, and delivery contractors to address damage that occurred during delivery. Ultimately, I chose to exchange the dryer, and the Delivery Service agreed to provide installation and delivery of the replacement at no additional cost. I appreciate that a replacement solution was offered. My initial preference was to accept a reasonable discount and avoid the inconvenience of a second delivery. The process required to reach this resolution was far more difficult and time-consuming than it should have been. I hope Lowe's improves communication and takes more direct ownership of delivery-related issues so future customers have a smoother experience.

Could not be more satisfied with the kitchen flooring from Rusty's.The best flooring experience…read morearound!I cannot say enough great things about Rusty's Floor Covering. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was fantastic, and their pricing is incredibly fair. The installation crew was professional, tidy, and did an absolute masterpiece of a job. If you want high-quality work from honest people who care, do yourself a favor and call Rusty.

I had carpet installed by Rusty's Floor Coverings less than a year ago, and my experience has been…read moreextremely disappointing from start to finish. The day of installation, I immediately noticed very visible seams throughout the rooms, as well as an obvious patch in my hallway. I pointed these issues out to both the installation crew and my contractor. I was told the seams were "normal" and caused by my rooms having "odd shapes." That explanation never made sense, especially since the patch in the hallway was glaringly obvious. When I requested that the work be corrected, instead of addressing the problem, I received a phone call from Rusty himself. He was noticeably unpleasant and seemed far more focused on getting paid by my contractor than ensuring I was a satisfied customer. I should have never been put in the middle of that, but my contractor chose not to assist and left me to deal with the subcontractor directly. Fast forward nine months, with three months still remaining on my one-year warranty. I called Rusty's again because the seams had not improved at all, despite being told they would "blend" over time with vacuuming. One of the lead installers came to inspect the issue. He made it clear he wasn't thrilled to be there and again blamed the carpet itself. If that's truly the case, why sell customers carpet that cannot be properly seamed? To their credit, they did attempt to re-patch the worst area in my hallway, but it remains very visible and far from acceptable. If you value quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer service, I strongly recommend avoiding Rusty's Floor Coverings. My experience has been frustrating, uncomfortable, and ultimately unresolved.
