Many wooden furniture pieces were not wrapped at all even though I had blankets provided for them and are now scratched. I had a new leather couch that was not wrapped with anything at all and had all kinds of things stacked on top of it. I brought 2 sectional couches and they did not shrink-wrap or cover them with blankets at all. Many items broke completely in transit due to the way it was loaded on the truck. I wish I could have supervised the loading but I was behind on some of my packing. I had a box where I gave specific directions not to pack anything on top of it, and it was labeled as such as well, but it was at the bottom of a large stack of boxes. There are many expensive items I will now need to replace. Do not hire them if you can't watch them load anything.

When we refused to pay more than what was agreed to, he left and took our furniture. Had to get a second moving company to go to his facility and recover the furniture at the originally agreed price. Essentially we paid full price for half a move. During the move he was lazy, forcing the original owner I was buying from to move to couches onto the truck on his own. He was rude, aggressive and attempted to intimidate us, yelling cursing and screaming in the families home including around their children. I would stay away from this company at all costs.

We have not even finished unpacking our belongings completely and I believe we already looking at about a $1000 worth of damage/losses. Its ridiculous the amount of damage and heartache this despicable company has caused my family. They never came and did a walk through to asses how much material or supplies they would need for the job, showed up super late on pack out day, didn't even bother to show up the next day or call to say they weren't coming for that matter. We had to contact their contracting company to figure out where they were. Showed up unprofessionally dressed no identification whatsoever of who they were or what company they were with. They also never formally introduced themselves either. The "supervisor" verbally demeaned the other employees right in front of us reprimanding them for not packing things correctly, when in reality the whole thing was a mess. Things were carelessly thrown into boxes when we were unable to watch them and most fragile items had heavy items placed ontop of them and shoved into small boxes. We had two bookshelves that look like a chainsaw was taken to them, a whole box of Christmas ornaments that were not secured and spilled everywhere within the larger packing crate causing several to be broken. The final straw was my wives late Granny's cake plate that was obliterated to thousands of pieces. That is totally unacceptable. I understand things can get jostled around especially when moving across the country but I believe that if these people would have had any shred of human decency our things would have arrived in much better condition. I would not and will not suggest this company to anyone ever. These humans are terrible and should be ashamed of themselves.
