While the gentlemen were courteous and friendly, I'm very unsatisfied with my move. They did not handle my items carefully or pack them with care. Many wooden furniture pieces were not wrapped at all even though I had blankets provided for them and are now scratched. I had a new leather couch that was not wrapped with anything at all and had all kinds of things stacked on top of it. I brought 2 sectional couches and they did not shrink-wrap or cover them with blankets at all. Many items broke completely in transit due to the way it was loaded on the truck. I wish I could have supervised the loading but I was behind on some of my packing. I had a box where I gave specific directions not to pack anything on top of it, and it was labeled as such as well, but it was at the bottom of a large stack of boxes. There are many expensive items I will now need to replace. Do not hire them if you can't watch them load anything. read more

This was a great quality move for me and my family. Mr. Clarence was very nice and helpful. I was hesi at first because of the reviews, but I do notice they are older. None of my items were damaged, they moved me from one house to another within about 3-4 hours and the price was WELL worth it. read more

I needed help with moving furniture and belongings out of an apartment into storage. The 2 person team arrived on time and ready to go. They carefully assessed the items needed to be moved and the space available in the Uhaul truck. They were careful, courteous, and efficient in everything they did. The consideration put into utilizing the space in the truck was well organized and thought out. This was a professional team that had lots of experience in spatial management. They even took great care in making sure that a fragile glass floor protector was carefully transported and not damaged. Plan to hire this company again in the next weeks for our next move. My girlfriend and I tried to do a 3 hour move of our 1-bedroom apartment ourself, but after a long day and night of packing our Uhaul there was no way on God's green earth we were going to be able to pull that off. Googled movers the first second I could on the road for a last minute move and this was the first place that pulled up. I told them how dire the situation was and that I would be willing to give up my first born, if I had one to have our heavy stuff moved. The person I spoke with said they would have availability the same day and a few hours later they moved the entirety of my stuff in 25 minutes.... the same stuff that took my gf and I about 12 hours to move ourselves. These dudes are legit and would recommend them to my grandma if she ever needed to move. read more

We hired them to move a few pieces of furniture. We made sure they understood that the items were antique, vintage, expensive and very heavy. Instead of a two man team, the company suggested three and they would get it done. They showed up in a rental uhaul late. They saw the bar and stated they underestimated the weight. "People usually say it's heavy, but it's light". It took them over an hour to move the bar. We had to help them and give them guidance on how to move the item. The ran over bricks in our yard when the backed into the driveway. Then as they proceeded to move the other items, we still had to supervise and give them guidance. Once done with loading they arrived at the end destination and they backed into our mailbox. Taking the mailbox off the post, stripping screws/holes and Bending a cemented metal in ground post. They backed the uhaul to the lower part of our home damaging grass. While unloading my husband and I again had to give try them guidance and even he'll assist moving the bar. Logically it should've been a four man team instead of a three man team to distribute weight evenly, but my husband and I had to help carry weight. They charged for an extra hour which again is absurd due to the staff not being properly trained nor having the proper tools. They had two applications dolly's and one furniture dolly. No straps to help lift. We made sure to take photos and the staff member that hit the mailbox said he'd pay for it. After a few days of back and forth texting, now they are saying they will not pay for damages entirely. Stating now it's .60lbs. However this was a fixed item and not one they loved. They should pay for it to be replaced as we initially agreed upon. I would go with another moving company. read more

I was severely disappointed with the service and how the owner Mr. Clarence Hunter handled my move. Not only was I lied to about the service that would be provided. I was sent the total for the services that were going to be rendered prior to the move that was AGREED upon with BOTH sides but more money was tacked on due to the fact that it took his employees longer to move me. I had to pay for their breaks in between moving my furniture into my new establishment (e.g., one of their breaks consisted of them taking a Marijuana smoke break while only ONE employee was working by himself that myself and two of my friends witnessed) Which makes sense why my furniture and items got damaged by the employees (e.g., scuffed up my suede and leather Havertys sectional, chipped my canvas painting customized frame, broke a piece of my dryers pedestal, etc). I can only attest to what happened to me but it makes sense now why Yelp gave them a 2 star rating. Mr. Hunter comes off as a nice man but the way he handled my experience was unprofessional. Everything he promised was not done throughout my move but he charged me more because it took longer for the employees to finish unpacking and we still weren't done when they left! I had missing stands for ALL my tvs because they unscrewed them and put them everywhere and did not put the screws with the pieces. So I have missing screws in furniture, tv stands, with damaged furniture to top things off! He promised me that he would provide wrapping cloths for protection for my furniture, tvs and all my heavy items. This was not done and that is why my things were damaged. His quote changed several times and I went along with it because it was too late to find another moving company. Did I forget to mention that we did a Duo video call so that he could see my ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT so that he knew EVERYTHING that I owned that was in my apartment and still gave me a BOGUS quote to begin with. Then after I called him and explained everything, sent pictures... He then accuses my friends of flirting with his staff??? When I told him about the Marijuana smoking during "work billable hours" he told me he would "talk to them". He wanted to "fix it" by giving me $150. I told him to go to Hobby Lobby to get a new frame might cost that much. I tried a small owned business and was taken advantage of. If I were you... is take my chances somewhere else. read more

The team that helped moved my items in a u-haul u-box was efficient and super helpful. They made sure squeeze everything in the box, even the furniture I was willing to part with if it did not fit. They were friendly and I would hire them again! read more
