The…read moregreatest thing that you could've done was simply acknowledged how unprofessional your business was, apologized and acknowledge that this was not your best work. But instead, you choose to justify and add completely untruth statements about what occurred, especially regarding the service I purchased versus the service you rendered.. I advised you that I was doing a full two bedroom home move, and what I had to move was significantly less than that. You weren't there to witness the absolute chaos . As a you called after the 3 hours delay in response to my threat to cancel to offer an apology, I'm unclear as to why you are now trying to resend that in an effort to cover your unprofessionalism. At any rate, you are miserable, your company is unprofessional, and sadly you appear to be biting off of the good name of J. I. T. (Just In Time Movers) who I undoubtedly thought I was getting, but ended up with your unscrupulous and unprofessional company. At the very least, ensure that you are present before you start defending behaviors and actions that you were not present for, but clearly felt compelled initially on the phone to apologize for. Sadly, you have not addressed what was stated with regards to my GRANDSON having to assist and being expected to, the unprofessional conduct of your staff and your children running amuck throughout my house as child laborers. Additionally, my daughter said almost nothing to anyone because she was so irritated and disgusted with the entire process. I'm just glad that this experience is in the past for me, however I STRONGLY SUGGEST that future potential clients look at the pictures that reflect what was my horrible reality . I'm sure they say 1000 more words than I ever could. It's sad that you can't just accept that this was an absolute disaster and acknowledge that YOU WILL DO BETTER TO SHOW UP PROFESSIONALLY with and for future customers. ***Your response is a COMPLETE FABRICATION... And who breaks their own fully functional furniture in anticipation of having to write a negative review. PLEASE take the time to address what I demonstrated proof of, not make up lies to deflect from the truth. Now go get yourself a life, a business license, liability insurance and some integrity to go with YOUR DISHONEST business practices. Instead of harassing me about telling the truth, GO HARASS your employees to be professional and respectful of customer's homes and property. We hired this company when we were in a bind and our uhaul movers came through. They did get us in…read morequickly that day and 1/3 of them moved our stuff efficiently. However, I would not advise that any women or children be there while they are working. Even if you're with your husband. I was sitting next to my husband WITH MY NEWBORN IN MY ARMS, completely clothed when I received a text message that said "yo body look good ash ma " I showed my husband and we called the boss immediately as we knew that they knew where we lived and didn't want an altercation to occur there with our baby. Mike (boss) said that he would send someone over to replace the employee and have him gone from the property. The new employee they sent was beyond rude and told us he was going to charge us extra because he didn't make the first problematic employee leave and now we had "3 movers." This employee and Mike also said that maybe I should have had more clothes on. I was wearing a tank top that came up to my neck and a skirt with shorts under it. The whole thing was beyond uncomfortable and also handled poorly by their owner or boss, who also questioned me for tipping the one employee that did his job well and minding his business. Oh and Mike also admitted that this employee had sent messages like this to women clients before but it was "always after leaving the property"

The owner is rude and please don't be a victim of domestic violence because they will tell where you live on a public forum for your known assaulters to see and use to their advantage! Which defeats the entire purpose of moving! Talk about a lack of professiolism! Use 2M&AT instead! These people are fraudulent, esp towards women!

"DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY" They tell lies the whole time. They take advantage of older people and…read moreover charge them. They give the impression that they are professional and they are NOT. They used old ripped up blankets to cover items. They broke and scratched multiple pieces of furniture. They broke a marble table and gave my daughters grandmother $50 as replacement. When I spoke with Rashunda, the supposed manger about this. I told her that wouldn't replace the table. Her quote to me was "we would go bankrupt if we replaced everything that was broken or damaged." That there tells you everything you need to know about this company. They break A LOT of peoples belongings. I told her that is unacceptable, people hire them expecting them to take good care of their things. They also charge by the hour. That is fine as long as their workers are working. Ours were not, they were on their phones have of the time allotted in the quote. I told Rashunda that she should compensate for that. We were charged for 6 hours and 3 of those hours were used for personal phone time. I was told she would get a call back with a resolution and I never heard anything back. We also emailed them pictures of the damaged items. Again heard nothing back. This company should be out of business for handling customers they way they do.

And now the owner Richard Ralph won't respond because he knows he is in the wrong!! I will be contacting pink zebra corporate office to get his franchise revoked!!!

I just noticed your comment back to me and even though it's been several months ago I would like to…read morerespond to your response just for clarification and so people who search for a moving company can have an assessment of my experience with your company to determine if you would be right for them. That is, after all, what a review is for. To clarify, I contacted you through this app on the 20th, you are correct. However, I called and spoke with someone on the 9th, 11 days before commenting through this app. He asked what I had to move, did it have stairs and where was I moving from and to where and also asked what date I needed you for. I told him the date that I had to be out by was the 30th and I could be flexible as long as it was by the 30th. He informed me that someone would be contacting me back with a price and date at that time. I never heard back anything by phone and even tried calling again with no answer a couple of times. I then posted through this app with the project scheduling on the 20th, four days before your defensive comment back to me, without an apology, I might add. If I could give zero stars for this company I would just on the basis of you not offering an apology for my experience and getting defensive with me when I'm just posting my experience with your company for others to be able to make an informed decision based on reviews. This isn't personal, I don't know you. I just simply did not have a good experience with your company.
