The only thing I might say is carts seem limited, but it may have been they were somewhere else and just not by the door I used. I didn't check, I had what I needed and the storage never seems so busy that I had to wait for carts. Overall a good decision to move to this storage company.

There is even a relaxing waiting area akin to what you would find at a hotel. Simply amazing. Pricing seems reasonable to me,and getting in and out was relatively easy. They even provide complimentary flatbed totes to move your stuff from outside at the ground floor to your unit. I think iveould live to see one in my area, it would be a huge improvement over what we have now.

Their prices are extremely competitive. When it came time for us to move on to our next duty station there were no problems with the last payment; they did not try to take advantage of us. They kept telling each other things like "we're only here for 2 hours, then we're gone" with me standing right there. After they were "done" loading the truck after 3 1/2 hours, the back half of the truck was poorly packed, not even to half the height of the truck, so we had to rent an additional U-Haul to move the rest of our stuff, which is a first. They put boxes clearly marked as heavy on top of fragile boxes, and some of our belongings were destroyed. I tried to make this right ever since the move, but they have been useless. Now the owner, Ricky, has completely ghosted me and is avoiding my calls. Pitiful experience.

She was very thorough when we signed our paperwork and explained all aspects of the unit to us in detail. Not only was she funny and friendly but she even offered my children a cool office to rest in when we moved our stuff in on a hot summer day. The unit was clean and really secure. Several unit areas at this location are inside old strip mall buildings which give an added layer of security. All in all, our experience with Xxtra Storage was phenomenal. We would most definitely trust them with our goods again.
