I don't think I'll use any other Facility to store my things. It may seem small, but the multi-channel communication opportunities, Staff professionalism and customer service deeply influence my decisions with businesses. Especially service oriented ones. Woodruff Lakeside Staff and service has been consistently top tier since I began my agreement years ago. Everyone goes out of their way to answer questions and even give followup information that's always helpful without my asking. I have multiple ways to make payments so I don't have to go to the office each time. I know days or weeks in advance of any maintenance being done. The facility is always clean, temperature controlled and everything is in working order. I enjoy the security of having a gated entry and exit with cameras on each floor which makes me and my family feel safe enough to arrive at any hour we need to. The package for my storage room lock was opened in my presence and for assurance that no one else had a copy of the keys except me. The little things everyone does to go out of their way to make you feel valued is why this review is so long but so true. If anyone is looking for a clean, safe and climate controlled storage facility, and if how a business handles you and your belongings is important, I'd highly recommend Woodruff Storage Lakeside. P.S. I was NOT paid to do this review. read more

The cleanest, most convenient, organizes storage space that I've ever rented. I spent 23 years in the Army and never encountered anything like it. The staff are warm and inviting. They even take the time out to remind you of your payment date along with email and text. The entire facility is extra clean and the bins are secured via gate. The facilities are user friendly and because of the location, I haven't heard or encountered anyone attempting to take anything. Locks are furnished, but you must pay for them, but it saves the time of trying to purchase one. Woodruff Lakeside honors the military with a discount monthly. I would recommend them to anyone.. read more

Have to update my review. Although Jaylen was very helpful in explaining everything, he didn't DO anything. Our code was never put in so when we tried to get in on Sunday we couldn't and no one was able to help us. He never set up our auto pay so we ended up with a late fee this month thinking we were on auto pay. Jaylen literally even said, "late fees won't be an issue seeing you're on auto pay." And the paperwork says we aren't military when we are. My husband even showed his military id. The storage units themselves are nice, but way too many issues with getting set up there. read more

As someone who has entrusted Woodruff Storage Lakeside with my valued possessions, I can confidently say that it's not just storage; it's peace of mind. My belongings have found a home within these walls, shielded from the elements and secure behind locked doors. The staff's attention to detail and commitment to security is truly impressive. Woodruff Storage Lakeside has become an extension of my home, a place where I know my belongings are not just stored, but cared for. I can't recommend it enough! read more
