There is even a relaxing waiting area akin to what you would find at a hotel. Simply amazing. Pricing seems reasonable to me,and getting in and out was relatively easy. They even provide complimentary flatbed totes to move your stuff from outside at the ground floor to your unit. She was very thorough when we signed our paperwork and explained all aspects of the unit to us in detail. Not only was she funny and friendly but she even offered my children a cool office to rest in when we moved our stuff in on a hot summer day. The unit was clean and really secure. Several unit areas at this location are inside old strip mall buildings which give an added layer of security. All in all, our experience with Xxtra Storage was phenomenal. We would most definitely trust them with our goods again.
