The site is clean, my unit was ready to go and even my daughter enjoyed things like the front office where she waited while my wife signed up for the unit I reserved. I also enjoy that there is music playing in the storage area. A nice little touch to make things more inviting. The site is secure, well lit, and staff are very friendly and professional. The only thing I might say is carts seem limited, but it may have been they were somewhere else and just not by the door I used. I didn't check, I had what I needed and the storage never seems so busy that I had to wait for carts. Overall a good decision to move to this storage company.

She was very thorough when we signed our paperwork and explained all aspects of the unit to us in detail. They kept telling each other things like "we're only here for 2 hours, then we're gone" with me standing right there. They put boxes clearly marked as heavy on top of fragile boxes, and some of our belongings were destroyed. I tried to make this right ever since the move, but they have been useless.
