There is plenty of parking right outside the front door, and also in a nearby parking deck. The space itself is open and beautiful, and the office furnishings colorful and comfortable. Amenities that I used (all included in the monthly fee): Printing Office WIFI Large conference room (8) Small conference room (4) Private 'phone booths" Common space furniture Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and snacks replenished each week. Cleaning crew nightly There were always 3-6 regular users there every day. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. There is a key fob entrance system, so no worries about someone wandering in. I had used another space, but my conference calls were a distraction for other people; Paradigm offers lots of little nooks and crannies to hide away in, and sound is muffled. The management is AMAZING! The owner is on-site everyday, and she is really trying to build a community, not just a library. Coffee is on-site, as well as snacks and sodas; it's a great way to feel connected to other office workers, while maintaining the independence of remote work. Only two downsides, and both of them are consequences of location; it's great to have a space like this well outside the city of Atlanta, but Internet accessibility is limited. Speeds are good, but not great. Additionally, the building itself is about 2 miles from the Interstate, so traffic can sometimes be an issue. Overall though, I'm VERY satisfied with Paradigm.

The only thing I might say is carts seem limited, but it may have been they were somewhere else and just not by the door I used. I didn't check, I had what I needed and the storage never seems so busy that I had to wait for carts. Overall a good decision to move to this storage company.
