The only thing I might say is carts seem limited, but it may have been they were somewhere else and just not by the door I used. She was very thorough when we signed our paperwork and explained all aspects of the unit to us in detail. Not only was she funny and friendly but she even offered my children a cool office to rest in when we moved our stuff in on a hot summer day. The unit was clean and really secure. Several unit areas at this location are inside old strip mall buildings which give an added layer of security. All in all, our experience with Xxtra Storage was phenomenal. We would most definitely trust them with our goods again.

They should be ashamed of their work ethic. Third! If anyone ever suggests this company or if you are unfortunately assigned this company because of a military move decline it and either move yourself or request a new company. We have not even finished unpacking our belongings completely and I believe we already looking at about a $1000 worth of damage/losses. Its ridiculous the amount of damage and heartache this despicable company has caused my family. They never came and did a walk through to asses how much material or supplies they would need for the job, showed up super late on pack out day, didn't even bother to show up the next day or call to say they weren't coming for that matter. We had to contact their contracting company to figure out where they were. Showed up unprofessionally dressed no identification whatsoever of who they were or what company they were with. They also never formally introduced themselves either. The "supervisor" verbally demeaned the other employees right in front of us reprimanding them for not packing things correctly, when in reality the whole thing was a mess. Things were carelessly thrown into boxes when we were unable to watch them and most fragile items had heavy items placed ontop of them and shoved into small boxes. We had two bookshelves that look like a chainsaw was taken to them, a whole box of Christmas ornaments that were not secured and spilled everywhere within the larger packing crate causing several to be broken. The final straw was my wives late Granny's cake plate that was obliterated to thousands of pieces. That is totally unacceptable. I understand things can get jostled around especially when moving across the country but I believe that if these people would have had any shred of human decency our things would have arrived in much better condition. I would not and will not suggest this company to anyone ever. These humans are terrible and should be ashamed of themselves.

I provided my own supplies and asked them multiple times to use them first, and they still didn't. Poorly packed multiple items resulting in torn upholstery, broken lamp, mugs, etc. They stacked heavy furniture on top of boxes which resulted in some getting crushed. I hired a different company to unpack, and they commented on how unprofessional and bad the job was. I moved in October 2025, and I have still not been able to get a refund despite buying their insurance. What a scam. I strongly recommend you find anyone else to help you move. I tried reporting them to the BBB. They reply saying they're working with the customer, and it's been a month since I've heard anything from them. They are not interested in making things right.

They kept telling each other things like "we're only here for 2 hours, then we're gone" with me standing right there. After they were "done" loading the truck after 3 1/2 hours, the back half of the truck was poorly packed, not even to half the height of the truck, so we had to rent an additional U-Haul to move the rest of our stuff, which is a first. They put boxes clearly marked as heavy on top of fragile boxes, and some of our belongings were destroyed. I tried to make this right ever since the move, but they have been useless. Now the owner, Ricky, has completely ghosted me and is avoiding my calls. Pitiful experience.
