I strongly recommend you DO NOT a use this business for any reason. This woman destroyed my daughters designer prom gown. She was supposed to hem the gown and instead chopped the bottom off with NO HEM. So the night of prom the dress started unraveling. Strings and sequins were falling off in clumps. She ruined this gown and never even apologized when I went back to her about it. My daughter's senior prom was ruined because of this dress coming apart the entire night. She offered to try and fix the gown after I went back to her the next Monday. She had the gown again for another two months. After two more months she had not touched it. We picked up the destroyed gown in the exact same shape as I had dropped it off. Worst experience ever! read more

I needed a dress altered for a military ball. I got the dress to her 3 days before the ball- SHE DID IT and had it done a day early! She hemmed it and took up the straps for me. Price was way less than another place I had quoted and she made the dress look flawless, like it was made for my body. I've since returned to get a patch sewn on my husbands hat and love her work. Do not use this place for alterations! My family has been using Victory Sewing since they were located in Hinesville, Ga. Went there since we relocate to this area and are familiar with their work with sewing on patches. I received the worse service and my item that was to be altered was ruined. The sleeves were cut short and the arm holes were suppose to be taken in which was not. The item looked sloppy when put on. I was blamed for the poor work and was accused of being told that they were unable to fix the arms of my jacket before I agreed to the work to be done. The daughter of Kim who does the alterations was extremely rude and told me that I was trying to take advantage of them because they are a family business! I paid for a service and didn't receive it, no apology offered for ruining my jacket, and no partial refund given. They also have a untrained dog that will jump all over you.
