The timeliness and organization can cause some issues for clients and I'm sure extra crunch-time work on the tailors' part too. I had to make several visits, and I'm from out of town, to get told the item was not ready or it had to be altered more for a better fit. But I was so pleased with the outcome of the dress itself! Just make sure to plan ahead of when you need the item, and I'd suggest giving them a call to see if items are ready before driving up! Thank you for excellent work and dedication!

I told her…read moreI needed everything done by August 1st bc the following wkend I would be going out of town for a family event. The alterations were $130 and I paid her half on the same day I took them. I called on August 1st and she told me they were not ready bc her machine broke but she would have them ready the next day and she would give me a call. She never called. I called this morning she did not answer so I left a message still no reply so I called this evening just for her to tell me my stuff still was not ready. She stated the only thing she had ready was one outfit but keep in my mind we discussed the price for each piece of clothing and the outfit did not equal $65 when we discussed the prices. So asked her could she just give me a discount for the inconvenience and she said no. The only thing she would do is give me the outfit that she fixed and give me back the others ones she did not fix but the outfit she fixed was not $65. She is money hungry and very unprofessional i will never patronize with her again. I know she overcharged me to begin with but she was the only one I could find at the time. They always try to get over on black ppl. When I first walked in the first thing she said was its gonna be expensive as if I didnt have money. I should have known then. If ur black please dont go there
