My fiancé and I have used them exclusively (see what I did there?) for about 7-8 months including my wedding dress alterations etc etc - easily over $700-$800. I needed a very simple stitch on lace to make garters and they charged me $8 each aka $72 - I could have easily bought these new for that! The owner is very sweet but the rest of the employees need some training. They never call you to let you know that your stuff is ready (for my wedding dress she delayed it several times and I wasted a lot of time coming in for a dress that wasn't ready) and you have to call them. When I called yesterday, twice, she hung up on me both times and did not attempt to call me back. Will be taking my business elsewhere where it's appreciated from here on out.

The timeliness and organization can cause some issues for clients and I'm sure extra crunch-time work on the tailors' part too. I had to make several visits, and I'm from out of town, to get told the item was not ready or it had to be altered more for a better fit. But I was so pleased with the outcome of the dress itself! Just make sure to plan ahead of when you need the item, and I'd suggest giving them a call to see if items are ready before driving up! Thank you for excellent work and dedication!
