When I raised the issue, there was no meaningful explanation or accountability, and I was left with clothing that is now unwearable. For a service that advertises professional care, this level of damage is unacceptable. I'm pretty disappointed since I'm on vacation, especially given the cost of the garments. Then they washed them again for some reason. I was told a manager would call me. Instead they washed them again! All the dye is out of one of them and they are ruined even more. I was told that is all we can do. No effort to replace or pay for them. $425 of brand new shirts ruined. Beware. They do not stand behind their mistakes.
