I own a boutique and needed some custom-made screen printed tees for a giveaway for Black Friday…read more I had a very bad outcome with the previous business I used for screen printing. I decided to call The Jersey Shoppe hoping and praying I would find a trustworthy screen printer. They were such a breath of fresh air from the moment I called them. The employees were so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. The pricing was also reasonable so I decided to go with them and not call any other business. Before they printed the tees, they provided me a mock-up for approval; then, they communicated with me regarding status of the tees. They clearly understood that I needed them to look great because I needed my customers to love the tees enough to WANT to wear them (because they had my business logo on them). They had the shirts ready as promised (in less than two weeks) and they looked AMAZING!!! I am SO HAPPY to say I will definitely ONLY use Jersey Shoppe for my screen printing needs in the future.

I've been a long-time customer of Believe Greek Accessories, now Believe Greek Apparel &…read moreAccessories, and I've never been disappointed by the merchandise or the customer service. I've encountered the owner at several conferences over the years and she always has lots of stock, good prices and the best service. This trip was for a possible member to-be (and of course I picked-up something for myself.) I specifically wanted a pink and green Dashiki. I picked one up for myself, as I found myself without anything to wear for our Black History Month event last month. I'm 5'4" and can wear a L, but normally order an XL. If a L fits perfectly, I normally size-up, because I prefer a loose fit. I ordered the Dashiki for myself in an XL and it fits very comfortably across my chest. It does, however, run long -- I can wear this as a dress or with leggings or a slim pant. I also ordered a green track pullover and matching pants. The quality is top-notch, a beautiful vivid green. Again the fit is very comfortable across my chest. The sleeves are long and I will need to fold the top under. I will need to have the pants cut by at least 4-6", but I love the quality. I'll deal with the sizing issues, because I haven't found a track suit like this in a while. My last favorite track suit came from our centennial conference back in 2008! I don't worry about sizing issues for my gift, because I know this person will be able to exchange, if necessary. This authorized vendor has been in business for years, and will continue to provide quality apparel and accessories with outstanding customer service.

I told her…read moreI needed everything done by August 1st bc the following wkend I would be going out of town for a family event. The alterations were $130 and I paid her half on the same day I took them. I called on August 1st and she told me they were not ready bc her machine broke but she would have them ready the next day and she would give me a call. She never called. I called this morning she did not answer so I left a message still no reply so I called this evening just for her to tell me my stuff still was not ready. She stated the only thing she had ready was one outfit but keep in my mind we discussed the price for each piece of clothing and the outfit did not equal $65 when we discussed the prices. So asked her could she just give me a discount for the inconvenience and she said no. The only thing she would do is give me the outfit that she fixed and give me back the others ones she did not fix but the outfit she fixed was not $65. She is money hungry and very unprofessional i will never patronize with her again. I know she overcharged me to begin with but she was the only one I could find at the time. They always try to get over on black ppl. When I first walked in the first thing she said was its gonna be expensive as if I didnt have money. I should have known then. If ur black please dont go there
