They are very prompt with email communication very helpful and make the process very very simple. I also received the shirts very very quickly! I was actually surprised they got me my order a week before the date requested. You can definitely tell you're dealing with some down-to-earth good people that enjoy what they do and care about their finished product. I have been on other websites that do not have any way to communicate with a real person and don't give you any reassurance that you're going to get what you want. So besides my complete satisfaction with their customer service, their prices were the best! I did a lot of comparing and really couldn't find a better deal especially since I ordered a small number of shirts and used high quality American apparel T-shirts.
