Prices are higher than advertised and many items had no prices on shelves or anywhere at all. They're okay if you really need something but i used to like to check the clearance shelves first- the items on clearance are the same as all the other prices. There are no bargains. Only good as a last resort. read more

Very poor customer service and rude employees who do not care about helping black customers and very inconsiderate and insensitive !!! Seems to be of a discriminatory issue with the white employees that were the only employees working at the store in Columbus, Georgia and not any Black employees at all!! No Diversity what so ever! Completely necessary to address racial issues. read more

If I could give a 0 I would. Had a question about the framing prices being 60% off and was offered no explanation just a " that's just the way it is" from the store manager of all people. He was completely lacking customer service as was the employee who assisted me. I called the customer service number and was told the district manager would call me and I'm still waiting 3 weeks later. Terrible customer service! You need new employees and a new store manager. read more

The employees are extremely helpful and the selection is great! They're comparable to other craft stores (price, friendliness, near various retailers), but they're also a trustworthy name! read more
