After I had it down to 2 mattresses, he gave me some time to myself to decide. I didn't feel pushed to buy anything, pushed towards a more expensive mattress, or even stalked by salespeople. Once I decided on the mattress, they did free delivery the SAME DAY! 10 minutes after I got home, the guys delivered and took my old mattress and box spring for free. The delivery guys were so nice. The store has a great selection and the customer service is on point! I'll be taking my mom back to get a new mattress.

The salesmen have always been incredibly knowledgeable about the mattresses available and also patient as I was indecisive about what to choose. They are intuitive enough to give me privacy and let me spend more time with the mattresses on my own and know when to come back for further discussion. The two men that delivered my mattress were incredibly professional and friendly. They gave me a choice of a high profile or low-profile foundation and I chose the high-profile foundation. I didn't realize I didn't like it until they left. So I called them and they turned their truck around and changed it out, no questions asked and even seemed happy to do it. After sleeping on my mattress for almost 4 weeks I realized it wasn't the right choice. I called and spoke with the owner, Jason, who was very understanding and empathetic. I went in the store today to try some other mattresses and my original salesman, Donte was there to help me again. He was reassuring and patient and helped me make what I hope to be the right selection for me. Jason was able to make some financial accommodations to make the exchange as easy as possible and I am forever grateful. I highly recommend this place!

We bought the mattress 1 month & 2 days prior but were unable to exchange it before the 30 day window because we were on our honeymoon for more than 3 weeks. We slept on the mattress for a total of 1 night & kept the plastic. They WOULD NOT exchange our bed & wouldn't even let me talk with the manager.
