The only flooring we ended up purchasing from them was carpet. The carpet install looked nice but they never installed the carpet in the master closet (which we paid for). Our quartz counters were installed. The installers made the wrong cut and then told my husband that I told them to do it.. So we had to hire a contractor to cover up the gap between my cabinets and sink and my faucet is now too close to the sink. We have had the counters for less than 3 months and they are scratched and stained (which is strange because quartz is known for durability and I am a clean freak/have never made a cut w out a cutting board). Wouldn't be surprised if it isn't real quartz!! Sketchy business. Do NOT. DO NOT purchase anything from this store. You WILL regret it.

Our home warranty insurance First American Home Warranty assigned this company to repair our fridge and it has been over two months and they still have not fixed it. The ice maker was not working but it also has been having problems with the temperature not getting cold and the freezer not holding temperature. Aco has come to fix the fridge at least ten times and still haven't fixed the problem. They have dragged the repair for weeks and months. They have come and not even check anything in the back of the fridge to see what is the problem. Stay away from this company.

I stopped by this morning, the following Saturday, and sure enough they hadn't gotten to it yet. Realizing it's the peak of busy season for small engine mechanics I decided not to make a big deal out of it and went on home. Even though there are no mechanics on duty on the weekends I got a call about an hour later saying my auger was ready for pickup. The manager on duty, being a mechanic also, took it upon himself to repair my equipment. I really appreciate that kind of service and will not hesitate to use them in the future. Great customer service Mr. Manager!
